Disappointed with lack of attention to detail. I received oil change, tire rotation & free car wash for my 2016 Highlander. Car was returned not washed even though wash was shown on invoice. This happened previously at Coggins.
I recently purchased new set of chrome tire valve stems caps. After I returned home I noticed one cap missing.
I texted the service advisor about the car wash just as an FYI for future customers. He failed to respond.
Neither issue above is a big deal however if their crew can t handle the little details, can I trust them with a major service issue?
