Have to wait 3hour for just an oil change even with an appointment scheduled. They never ever even mentioned the estimated time to you. Not everyone has 3hours to wait for that. If it is busy you better set an appointment a little bit far apart from each other. Not the jam all the appointment together and let the customer wait forever.
