Jose Gonzalez straight off the bat was very amicable, very polite and gracious, he definitely had extensive knowledge of the problem, he gave his input immediately and began to solve our issues, he gave me solid and fair advice, he answered all my questions and began to explain why I had the plumbing issue to begin with, he was very neat and a true professional, I will definitely recommend Climate Partners for all of your plumbing issues. A+

called for emergency service, appt was made and serviceman came after finishing job at another location. He corrected the existing problem and came the next morning to do service call on air system.
The serviceman was courteous, competent and informative.

Our technician Anthony did an awesome job. He was punctual and answered any questions we had with honesty. It was an enjoyable experience.

Julio, Carl and the electrician did a great job installing our central air conditioner into our home. They were informative through the installation process. When a few issues came up they were able to correct them in a good timely manner. I appreciate there hard work . And, a great job well done.

Jose came to clear my main sewer line. He was in & out in an efficient manner and thorough. I was happy with the service.

It was raining hard and the technician had put on some covers over his boots as not to track dirt through the house. That was a nice first impression. He was very polite. He spoke to me in a way I could understand. He explained that I do need to do a cleaning service. It made sense and he booked an appointment for me with his office. Looking forward to a safe and warm winter.

Brian Caseys came over to give an estimate. Though we were not able to close on my original plans, he freely gave me alternatives to consider which I greatly appreciate and respect. He is a straight shooter and based on his advice knows his trade. Good job.

We've recently replaced our whole HVAC unit in the house. Before that, in order the to get some quotes we got in touch with all the highly reviewed companies in CT. We decided to work with Climate Partners as their approach was the most genuine and authentic one. 4-5 people worked in the house for 2 days and they did a very neat job. We had a little bit of issue with their electrician but they also resolved this smoothly. To my knowledge they dont work with this guy anymore. In overall, we are pleased to work with them.

They may be a great company but They don t make the promised time. Appointment made a week in advance for 9-12 AM. As of 2:15 still didn t show. Granted it is Christmas Eve. If you are short handed don t make an appointment that day. One call from the office after I called twice. Will be a little late. I had to call at 2:15 to find out where they were. Thirty years as a professional in Milford and if I treated my clients this way my business would have died.

Victor was very helpful and gave me a good analysis of the overall health of my central a/c unit. I appreciated his care and expertise, which came at a very reasonable price. I recommend him and Climate Partners.

Consistently offering professional and responsive service for my clients who live abroad, I would highly recommend Climate Partners to anyone. Alex was instrumental in arranging a last minute repair for us this evening and Victor did a terrific job fixing the problem, all within hours and late on a Friday...

Larry our service technician was very professional and explained all repairs and got the job done efficiently and when promised.

I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with a lovely and articulate person on the phone. I explained my frustration with recent requests for service with other companies and was assured of their commitment to make me smile. She thoroughly looked through her list of technicians to assign the right person for our service call. I was scheduled for 11/2 between 9am and noon and was asked for my email address to confirm the appt.

I never got an email confirmation. My husband did receive a call the day before noting that they would arrive after 3.

At 5pm I called to inquire about the status of my pending appointment. I was told that I was on her list to call. The technician 'got behind with emergencies' and was currently 20 miles away and had 2 more appointments before he would get to me.

If all of these 'emergencies' happened throughout the course of the day, why was it that I never heard from them until I called at 5pm on a Saturday.

Thoroughly disappointed and still desperately searching for someone in this line of business who actually shows up when they say they will.

SNAFU with appointment but was promptly rectified and completed thorough inspection.

Professional and timely installation. High quality equipment. Installers showed up on time and did a good overall job with the install. Two minor comments, 1) salesperson said he be stopping by during the day of install which didn't and happen and 2) ceiling was accidently damaged by the installers during the install. Response was quick in getting someone (a different contractor) out to evaluate the damage and schedule a repair - disappointed that no one from Climate Controls followed up after the install to see if the damage had been repaired and see if I was satisfied with the work.

I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Casey's was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour! John was very knowledgeable and friendly, too!

This is not a company you want to deal with. They failed to show up for an appointment. Not only that they never called to even find out if I still was in need of their services. Zero stars would be more appropriate. In response to the owner of the company: I had an appointment scheduled May 27, 2020, at 3 pm it's still on my google calendar. ADDENDUM FOLLOWING BUSINESS OWNER RESPONSE: Instead of blaming your potential customers, maybe you should take a look at your business and re-evaluate how you schedule appointments and whether they are entered into your system in a timely fashion and also whether your employees sometimes forget to enter them. I know I had an appointment with Climate partners. Tracey Energy serviced my heating system, I requested A/C service from Climate Partners. I owned a business in the area for 40 years. Instead of blaming me, an apology would be more appropriate.

Installed furnace in half the time than what I expected (good work). I was greeted with friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Victor did a fantastic job. I work in the hvac industry so i know the business. Victor did a proper professional job.

The work done was deserving of 4-5 stars. However, they advertise that they are PPE compliant and even though we explicitly requested they wear masks they did not. Other than that I would recommend them.

The plumber sent out to do the work was named Jose. He was very friendly, told me the price right upfront. He moved my gas range with ease, did the work quickly and efficiently and was out of there. I am so glad we used this company. Will definitely use them agsin for future needs
The plummer returned to reconnect my gas range. Again he is the best! His name is Jose and his work is very good. I would recommend him and the company

Climate Partners was quite helpful when I had an air conditioning problem. Mike was extremely helpful and Victor came the same day. My problem ended up not being the air conditioning. However, their prompt response and information made me realize how lucky I am to have them after over 22 years.

Two thumbs up! Connected w/Rebecca via HomeAdvisor late Tuesday afternoon and had Jose here fixing the leak today. He could have come out yesterday but my schedule wouldn t allow. Good communication both before (got a call about an hour prior to his arrival) and during the work (Jose described what he was proposing to do to fix the leak, updated me as he progressed and summarized what he had done when finished). Water was only off for approximately 4 hours. Now it s back on and no leak!

William did an amazing job. Was there right on time, was great explaining what needed done, and got the job done quickly.

Fantastic customer service! I have been using Climate Partners for years and I have a contract with them. They are reliable and friendly! Recently I had a brand new furnace installed and there were some issues with getting it to run properly. The guys at Climate Partners (Victor, Alex, JP and Todd) were determined to get the bottom of what was going on and to make sure my home was comfortable and safe. They offered explanations along the way while they ran some tests to find the source of the problem. Eventually they determined it was my old venting system and they fixed the problem and left me with a warm and safe home and a smile on my face. Thanks guys! I highly recommend Climate Partners for all your heating and air conditioning needs (and they have a wide variety of other services for your home)!

Had our heating and cooling system completely gutted and installed. Climate Partners was great to work with from Day 1. Workers showed up on time, were prepared and communicated with us as things moved along. Ron and Steve were very knowledgeable. Steve went above and beyond and worked until late night to finish up the job as promised.

From the very first visit from Brian things went so smoothly. Brian even arranged for the furnace to be installed immediately before the cold weather. I literally emailed him in the morning and that night he worked late with me to get the contracts signed for a next day install. Our installation techs, Joe and Drew, called ahead this morning and let us know they were running ahead of schedule. So our install was able to be done 2 hours ahead of schedule! They were courteous and professional and left everything neat and clean. Best of all we'll have heat before the cold snap tonight!

I received a second quote for the installation of a new A/C unit and was very glad that I found Climate Partners. Brian came over first and was a pleasure to deal with. Having been an installer in the past, he was very knowledgable on the best way to install the system. He was also very straightforward with everything. Joe and his assistants did the install in 1 day. It was an extremely hot/humid day and the job took a bit longer than expected, but Joe and his team worked nonstop to make sure I had cool air by the end of the day. James the electrician also made some suggestions on bringing my electrical services up to code and even got along GREAT with my dog! The system works perfectly and was worth the investment. My only suggestions would be that the office be more thorough in preparing their technicians for the job (they were shorts a few parts on arrival) and I did find a few drill shavings here and there in my basement. Overall, I would definitely recommend Climate Partners.

Great from start to finish. Bob, who came out to give me an estimate, was very professional and informative. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. On the day of the installation the crew arrived right on time, they were friendly, and kept things neat and orderly as they worked. There was a small issue with air flow when the new system was initially tested, so they called another service technician to evaluate it. Anthony arrived and fixed the issue in no time, he assured me that everything was working perfectly. Great customer service, short wait time for install appointment, fair cost for quality equipment. Every tech they ve sent over is either high as a kite or an alcoholic wreaking of liquor. I had a service contract with them and ended up canceling it due to the lack of professionalism. Brandon, the owner is unprofessional and enjoys talking over people when there is an issue. During the install of the hvac unit they left behind a piece of fiberglass in the box they built and it ended up blowing against the hole for exhaust into our home. So not only did they put us at risk of breathing in fiberglass, they charged us for leaving a piece of debris in the box they built. Run for your life and find a reliable and professional HVAC company- this company is a joke and a disgrace.

I had an emergency Water heater situation and Steve got here quickly, was completely professional, and able to help mitigate the situation and put a fix in place until we can get a permanent solution.

We had our boiler serviced for maintenance. Victor was very knowledgeable about our oil boiler and especially that our steam pressure should be around .5 and not high. He answered all of our questions before he left. We signed up for members club we were so impressed!

We chose the team from Climate Partners to install our 5 zone Mitsubishi ductless system in our home. The team was nothing but professionals, experienced and made sure to clean up after their work. The technician that came to my location was fantastic. He isolated a small issue and went above and beyond to fix it. Most other companies would say they have to come back and you would get another charge. This was a great experience and it has built trust.

i Called in a problem late Sunday afternoon and a technician arrived that evening. He diagnosed the issue quickly, took care of it, and was very pleasant and friendly. I was very happy with the service.

Very well trained the professional staff. Answered all of my questions. Went over and above to ensure my ducts were clean especially the dryer vent duct which was extremely clogged. We're finished in the exactly the time that they said they would be overall a great experience. Had follow-up visit from Antonios to fix our AC unit and was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem a very quickly. Great timely service.

We wanted to express our gratitude and thanks to Climate Partners, Particularly Jose, one of their senior service technicians for helping us in our emergency. We discovered a slab leak in our basement over the Fourth of July weekend. We were in a panic and was not prepared for this. After an impromptu hurried Internet search, as our basement filled with water, we were blessed to pick Climate Partners and they were there to save the day! We were their first call and they had someone out to our home within the hour. We were definitely blessed to have Jose, one of their senior technicians, arrive to help us with this problem. He arrived early and was ready to start the project immediately which we were presently surprised to hear. Jose was here from 8:45 am til late in the evening working nonstop to find and repair this leak (which was located in a small crawl space further from the suspected source/spot) He did this by himself taking only one short break. This is a true hard worker!! He answered all questions we had without issue even if we interrupted him. He even joked with small talk to keep our nerves at ease! His repairs were top notch and we now have no more water In the basement!! He even returned the next day to make sure the concrete was layed correctly to fill in the hole needed to expose the leaky pipe. If we had the power we would give him a raise! One of the thermostats that was installed wasn't working properly. Climate Partners came out and fixed it with no issues. I asked our technician if they service pellet stoves. Unfortunately they don't, but he was kind enough to look up some companies that do for me. Great service.

Just an annual AC inspection but went quickly and Anthony did a thorough job and answered all my questions. All good.

Well hello my wife and I used Climate Partners for the first time. In the early morning of the the day. I got a little worried. They were moving kind of slow. But jose got everything straight out and let me tell you something. Jose is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge. He very good. Jose and the company did just what they said they would due. We had a wonderful experience with Climate Partners. They answered the phone (rare nowadays for other companies), made a reasonable appointment, told us ahead of time what to expect and courteously texted and emailed to narrow down time of arrival. The technician was so nice and took the time to explain what we needed. I would recommend them for your heating/ac needs. We purchased the service plan which also covers plumbing and electrical--a deal!

Mark was the one bright spot of my ordeal. He diagnosed an issue with my external dryer vent. A vent tech with special tools was supposed to come out and fix it. The second tech didn t fix it. That tech claimed that he did fix the vent and that my vents were clean. I continued to have the same problem of water leaking from my dryer. Since I was told the outside venting was fixed and my vents were clean I called an appliance repair person. $80 I didn t need to spend. The repair guy told me my dryer is fine and it s a vent problem.
Mark came back and spent hours working on and correcting the issue. He is so nice and personable. He truly cares and it shows. He s a great person and I am so thankful he was able to help. This continuing issue needlessly dragged on due to the second tech and cost more money than it should. But Mark made it bearable. Mark is truly awesome. He is very knowledgeable and it s a pleasure to work with him. He deeply cares and it shows.

They contacted me because I needed a quote for home heat and ac installation. They asked me a bunch of questions via text. They responded quickly and made an appointment to give me a quote.

Job: Water stop valve and kitchen faucet replacement

Bottom line : Don t bother. Horrible frustrating experience

1- Over price, needed to haggle
2- Not timely
3- Did not get contacted with updates
4- Did not keep mask on the entire time. (Had to remind to keep mask on. This is during Covid 2020. )

Came in for initial check and quote. Felt like auto dealer, the ASSociate had to step out to call the office to get pricing for each job several times. Felt like we were being forced to agree to a contract. We had to haggle down to which was the lowest they company would go. It was still over priced but we wanted to get it done. In hindsight should have paid the $50 fee and went with a different company. Then they had to call back the office to check for times. Every step required the extra time to call the office which wasted an evening.

On the day of the job which was schedule for 9A-12P window. There was a no show. Called the office and was told we were next and the plumber was held up at the first job and the first purchased valve kit was defective and was getting a new valve kit morning of. We were suppose to be notified that there would be a delay but was not contacted. Wasted a morning waiting. The next window was 12P-3P. At 2:45p still no phone call notifying plumber was on the way. Plumber walked to the door at 3:01PM.

The jobs were to remove the old kitchen faucet, install the new faucet, and replace the hot water stop valve. He did not finished the physical work until 6:10. Then he took another 40 min to finish paperwork. He finally drove off at 7P. We were inconvenienced for 4hrs. Not easy with two kids under 5 and needing to disinfect everything after he left.
Especially because he did not have his mask in the entire time! I needed to remind him to keep his mask on.

I would definitely use Climate Partners again!
Victor the technician was extremely polite, explained everything with patience and even put on plastic covers on his wet boots prior to coming into our home.

Those are important details to me and my family that many companies just don t care about anymore.

Once again Climate Partners came through as expected for my oil burner service. Tony the technician explained everything he was doing so I could understand and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. They will be doing my yearly AC service in a couple of weeks and will receive nothing but the best from them as I have come expect. Top notch company.

Climate Partners was extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling an appointment to examine a furnace and air conditioning unit. The tech Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and took care to examine both units thoroughly. He provided very helpful advice about what was needed to remedy the issues with the furnace and air conditioner. It was a pleasure to work with Anthony and Climate Partners!

Easy to work with. They showed up when they said that they would, did the work required at the estimated cost, and cleaned up after themselves. Victor was excellent.

We had three new units installed over two different days and they did a great job. The crew was all friendly and knowledgeable. We had one minor issue, called at 5pm and they were out the same night. I would definitely recommend them.

So far the actual hands-on work I have received from this company has been from the plumber Jose. He could not have been more professional. He was very friendly and kind and considerate, didn t rush me through anything I had to say and took my concerns seriously . As a customer and multiple dwelling homeowner that means everything!
Of course his workmanship was very well done as he took every precaution to make sure the work he did would not create other issues.
A listening ear and a kind word coupled with a well mannered professional person will keep me coming back and referring out.

The actual rough install was done by 3 very nice young men, sorry I only remember 2 names, Ben Bork and Juan . They worked their tails off in horrible heat 2 full days! And were most respectful to me and other contractors working on the site at the same time .
Very conscientious young men , never complained and even my other contractors were impressed.
They will be back to complete the job once the plumber and electrician do their parts and I couldn t be more pleased !
This is an update. While everything above and previously written is true, I would be very cautious dealing with this company. In particular the project manager. Demeaning and not at all cooperative and billing my credit card half at the start (even though it was over 2 months later to begin which was my choice but still...) and then billing my credit card the other half 2 months before completion !
The vent installation on the roof was not attached at all, just floating and leaking! Good thing my plumber informed me! They did fix it but not for 2 days and after it rained again! There is so much more but this would be a book. The people in the office I called & complained to were very nice but condescending. They tell you exactly what you want to HEAR. I feel bad for them. I can only imagine the office conversation after they get off the phone with disgruntled customers.
My advise is to not deal with this company since everything goes through their project manager who when I had legitimate questions & concerns told me this is what we get when we deal with homeowners and not general contractors!
That was the straw that broke the camels back. So if you are not a general contractor and only a dumb homeowner then run away from this company.
I did however receive 3 thank you cards from the owner and a $25 credit towards future work from them. No thank you very much.

A great first impression. He was on time and was nice, knowledgeable and acted professionally. Wish him all the best.

The team I worked with was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything. A very good experience. I highly recommend them.
