This is not a company you want to deal with. They failed to show up for an appointment. Not only that they never called to even find out if I still was in need of their services. Zero stars would be more appropriate. In response to the owner of the company: I had an appointment scheduled May 27, 2020, at 3 pm it's still on my google calendar. ADDENDUM FOLLOWING BUSINESS OWNER RESPONSE: Instead of blaming your potential customers, maybe you should take a look at your business and re-evaluate how you schedule appointments and whether they are entered into your system in a timely fashion and also whether your employees sometimes forget to enter them. I know I had an appointment with Climate partners. Tracey Energy serviced my heating system, I requested A/C service from Climate Partners. I owned a business in the area for 40 years. Instead of blaming me, an apology would be more appropriate.
