Great from start to finish. Bob, who came out to give me an estimate, was very professional and informative. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. On the day of the installation the crew arrived right on time, they were friendly, and kept things neat and orderly as they worked. There was a small issue with air flow when the new system was initially tested, so they called another service technician to evaluate it. Anthony arrived and fixed the issue in no time, he assured me that everything was working perfectly. Great customer service, short wait time for install appointment, fair cost for quality equipment. I will definitely be recommending Climate Partners!
