Victor called before he arrived. I had a text from Climate Partners with a picture of Victor before he arrived so I knew who I was letting in to service my furnace. He was well within the window of time I was given. He was very polite and helpful. He assessed the situation and addressed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Climate Partners.
