We had a wonderful experience with Climate Partners. They answered the phone (rare nowadays for other companies), made a reasonable appointment, told us ahead of time what to expect and courteously texted and emailed to narrow down time of arrival. The technician was so nice and took the time to explain what we needed. I would recommend them for your heating/ac needs. We purchased the service plan which also covers plumbing and electrical--a deal!
