Climate partners Review

In October this year I needed to have a complete maintenance services done on all my units at my house (we were selling). We shopped around to get the best price. Each quote we were getting (with my husband) we asked specifically to include every single unit so we can be done with buyers requests. (Sidenote: I was next to my husband when he called each company). Other companies quoted us $220 - 250 and this company was around $170;. So of course we went with 170. We had a technician do the work - paid him, signed the papers and he left. Month later we realized that the AC was not touched. I called explaining the situation that we were quoted incorrectly and all I could hear (even though I spoke with management team) that they have nothing in their notes and that they don't really care what was in the past and they could put me on the schedule and charge me another $170 plus tax. Seriously?! I called another licensed HVAC company and they quoted me $100. Conclusion - overpriced and zero compassion.

Climate Partners was great to work with. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He called to inform us he was on his way, and was at our house within the specified window of arrival. The company works toward making your experience as stress free and perfect as possible.

Climate Partners called to schedule our heating start up service in September, but we were unable to be home for them until November. Their technician arrived well within the window set up for us, and called 15 minutes ahead. He was very courteous and thorough. Everything checked out OK.

Very thorough and presented all the options to address issue. Because of the age of the water heater opted to replace. Reasonably priced, all service and removal of old tank included. Would recommend company to others

I had my system installed this summer. They have been been pretty easy to deal with. I have had a couple of issues but they have mostly been resolved.

There is still one outstanding issue. So I would give them 5 stars but my input vent is still rattling and they haven t come back out to fix it.

Bob my sales guy was great as have been most of the field specialists.

Anthony was great and knew what he was doing. The work was great, he was clear about both what was doing and the costs involved. Should have used CP sooner!

Extremely efficient service. Got right to the task, offered a solution until full repair can be made. Fair pricing.

Scheduling was easy; the technician was on time, courteous, and efficient. Answered my questions and clearly outlined service plan options and other offerings by Climate Partners. Very satisfied customer.

Zero stars Don't use them. Put in a new system Tuesday 4/21/20 and it stopped working 4/23/20. Sends someone out tonight at 7pm. Can't fix it because they need a part that they can't get until Monday. They didn't bring any space heaters for me. No heat or hot water for the weekend. You've been warned!!

Update: Someone brought 5 space heaters at 10pm. Upgrade to 1 star. Tech who came at 7 said there were no heaters available.

GREAT Customer Service : Technician arrived before his scheduled time , he called and asked if he can come early , it was on a SUNDAY , first thing he did when walked into my house he put covers on his shoes and was very polite , listened to me explaining my troubles with my AC, then with a smile he went on checking the entire system . Have been trying to speak with someone for 2 hours due to a burning smell coming from our furnace. Despite 3 calls to a general receptionist, have not been contacted back. I am a member or the Total Care Club.

Very satisfied with Victor's job, very professional and highly skilled technician. Our Zone control board has a defective part, but Victor came up with a quick way to fix and run our A/C unit. Thank you for your great job.

I am a new home owner and have never had to worry about serving my furnace or hot water heat before, so I am not very well versed in it. Anthony showed up on time and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. He was very thorough with his inspection. Very please with this company and look forward to using them on a regular basis in the future.

I'd like to start with the positive. Climate partners came close to on-time, seems to have done a quality job and I think they were priced fairly. The issue is that we are selling our house and the inspector found a small leak to the boiler on my hot water heater. The technician said there was nothing that we needed to do at this point in time. The issue is they would not write this down for me. They did not want the liability "just in case" something happens in the future. This does me no good as I need documentation and I may need to get a different person out to evaluate my boiler. If this is the case, then I basically spent money for nothing. I have called and left several messages but the manager has not called me back.

I am always happy to see Climate Partners arriving to check my HVAC equipment. Today I was lucky to have "Greek"Tony as my technician. He was extremely thorough and explained the innovations that have been made for my unit. Todd supported Tony's request and got me a great price to perform some replacement parts on my 10 year old unit. Since they even installed the unit, they had a complete service record for reference. I found the entire process extremely professional. And Tony even made a friend for life with my dog, which puts him on the top of my list to recommend. All in all a very rewarding experience. I definitely recommend Climate Partners and will always call them to service my HVAC equipment.

Climate partners has been professional, efficient, courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend their electrician James. I would also recommend their young plumber Darrin. Both men went above and beyond. Could not ask for better service.

The guy that came to the house his name is Tony. He did an awesome job. He even explain step by step what he was checking and letting me know if something was need it. It was my best decision to call after checking other company they gave good price and great service. I will recommend them.

Climate Partners are the best! On Sunday evening March 2, I had an emergency situation and immediately called for service. Within a few minutes I received a call back stating that they're sending out a technician and Juervans arrived and got my furnace running. He was very efficient, friendly and courteous!

Very nice employees, knowledgeable too. Learned recently that my gas unit's heat exchanger has cracked. Working now with Brian Casey of Climate Partners to see what my options will be.

If you were to ask anyone who knows me they would tell you that I am a perfectionist. That is why we will not use anyone nor allow anyone to perform work in our home other then Climate Partners. (Needless to say we have had some negative experience with other local companies in our area). I could not be more pleased with all of the work that has been completed. Climate Partners is a company that delivers professional service at a very reasonable price.

As someone who is very meticulous I am very happy with the great job done by the crew. Todd and his technicians spent lots of time explaining how the heating and cooling system works and how to keep system efficient, it is rare to find this now a days. The air flow through the vent has improved dramatically, it even reaches the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I give the company and their employees 10 stars.

I contacted Climate Partners on 6/20/2020 to make an appointment for my 84-year old mother- in-law in Milford. Her air conditioning wasn't working, and we needed someone to check it ASAP for her. Climate Partners answering service based in Texas(?) took my call and promised to have some check the problem on Monday 6/22/2020. On Monday 6/22, my wife called to verify the appointment I had made. She was told by Climate that no record of an appointment was found. My wife then made a new appointment for Wednesday 6/24/2020 between 3p-7p. When I called Climate on Wednesday 6/24 to confirm the new appointment, I was told once again that no record of any appointments existed for my mother-in-law's address. I find it hard to believe that a business such as this could be so incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! You'll be left literally steaming!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They were late. I was told they would fix it today. I was given a ridiculous quote. I was not given other options. And will have to schedule another day to get it fixed. But he was happy to offer me additional things for even more money! I'm not happy!!! Will never use them again!!!

Needed to have a Toe Kick Hester installed for a renovation project, made the call to Jon P., he came out and within 24 hours had the unit installed to keep the project on schedule. Price was fair and install tech was very courteous and neat. Would definitely use Climate Partners again!!

The reason I am giving Climate partners a five star review is due to customer service and my plumber Aaron. I hired them for a plumbing job that started off a disaster due to the first plumber sent to my location. The responsiveness and professionalism displayed from Climate partners to address my issue was outstanding! Eric and Tony who were both professional and caring from the start had sent me Aaron who came on time and was professional from the start as well. Aaron fixed my issue quickly and left. Not only was the customer service amazing but I commend the company s actions on how well they handled my specific situation which made me feel like they actually cared about me and my family. I will not let one bad apple ruin it for the entire company. Which is why I give Climate partners 5 stars and will definitely recommend them to families and friends I know plus the price was very affordable and exceeded my expectations! Thank you guys!

Joe and Adam installed a Mitsubishi ductless system. They arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally. They made a special effort to protect carpeted areas of our house. I have solved every problem my old HVAC company left behind. Smart, always on time, and always provides me with specific detail for the job to be completed. Pricing is what I expected, an extremely Fair. Everyone from management, to dispatch, to the technicians could not be more polite. Recommend you give them a shot, you'll never go back.

Technician Tony called me and guided me about bleeding the radiators to help avoid a service charge. Very courteous over the phone. Victor came the following day and was outstanding and very thorough. He looked everything over it great detail. He was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.climate partners are very informed and competent in dealing with high efficiency gas boilers.

After waiting over a week, they cancelled my appointment because they were overwhelmed with other clients, so apparently my business meant nothing. I needed maintenance and now my A/C does not work and I had to take a 1/2 day of work for nothing. They obviously cannot be trusted to keep their word and honor their obligations.

Tony, and everyone else I dealt with at Climate Partners was amazing! They told me my options up front. Gave me fair pricing, and even offered additional tips for maintaining my HVAC. Who knew air filters were so important? THEY ARE! I can't say enough about how amazing the service and final product were. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Great experience from the quote to install. Sales guy was informative and respectful, not pushy at all. Install was done in less than a day. Very neat job and happy with our new A/C unit.

We just bought a new house and we re told we needed our ducts cleaned. I called Climate Partners for an appointment and was given an estimate of $575. On the day of the appointment, the tech checked all the ducts and said all but one was very clean. He cleaned the one dirty duct and the total cost was approximately $160. I was very happy that he was an honest tech and kept the cost down. I will definitely use them again.

Victor has been over to my house several times to address multiple problems. He has been prompt, detail-oriented and efficient. Pricing has been very fair.

These guys did a great job with my gas furnace replacement. By far the most competitive pricing and the work done was top notch. While there were a couple of unexpected bumps (not by their doing) with the install, the were able to handle the problem well. Would definitely use again.

Awesome experience with Climate Partners! I had several quotes from AC Contractors for the installation of Central Air. Brian from Climate Partners was very knowledgeable, honest, and seemed to be the one most interested in listening to my needs, as well as providing a fair and competitive price.
I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Brian would not be doing the install. Plan were made for a walk through with the installation foreman a few days later. Joe, the foreman of the project seemed to be equally invested in taking the time to make the customer happy even if it meant more work for him. Joe and his crew arrived promptly on time a few days later and I cannot speak more highly of them. They worked diligently, neatly and efficiently. Their work was amazing! All duct work in the closets were nearly tucked away in the corners using as little closet space as possible, salvaging the closet organizers, with likewise results in the attic. Joe and his crew were amazing! After the installation and the testing, Joe patiently explained all of the equipment and operations as well as giving useful advice. I highly recommend Climate Partners for a new A/C .install.

Climate Partners was great to work with from start to finish. I needed to upgrade my furnace and water heater. I sent in an internet request for an appointment early in the morning. Someone reached out before 9 and had Bob scheduled to come meet with me later that day. There was snow outside and I greeted Bob at the door. He came in my house and instantly removed his boots. This was my first sign that I made the right choice. He then took his time to examine my house and what my needs would be. After a little time he sat down with my Wife and I and explained our options in detail. I had another couple companies coming out so I thanked him and told him I would get back to him. No high pressure sales. After meeting with other lackluster options we decided that Climate Partners offered the best all around deal. They came out on the day of our installation and that crew was just as pleasant as Bob. They had our whole system installed and ready to go for us in 1 day where others estimated 2. The whole process which could have been annoying, but was instead a breeze thanks to quick emails and texts from Bob along the way, answering any question I had, including ones that other companies had made me think of. I would highly recommend that anyone use Climate Partners in whatever you need them for.

A/C system maintenance. Victor did a thorough job, answered all of my questions, and was very courteous and professional. He was the same technician who had installed our water heater some time ago, so this is the second time he has performed great work for us. Very happy with this company and their employees.

Casey climate partners was great! Just about ev very steep of the process went as smoothly as I could have hoped, the new mini split units we got installed look and work great, we're really happy with the work! I would highly recommend them if you're looking to get any heating or cooling work done at your house.

I will never recommend Climate Partners. Plumber Lee removed the toilet, and did not bother to place it back after he figured he didn t have the right tools to do the job. He didn t consider capping the pipe to the sewer he left opened which put my family at risk for inhaling sewer gases. We decided to go with an independent plumber named Jimmy who fixed the problem for half the price Climate Partners was quoting us; and he also didn t squeal like he never seen a plumbing problem before. One star rating is a generous rating.

Great experience, professional, courteous and efficient! I would and will recommend Climate Partners to anyone and everyone needing service! An experience in this day and age that's sorely lacking!! WELL DONE! This is my second experience with Climate and although a different tech, the experience was exactly the same! I will never hesitate to call on Climate.

I had a very old AC that Larry came out and did everything he could to try and help get my unit working and he was great explained every step in detail but let me know my unit was way past its time, Then Brian came out and was honest friendly and gave me my best options and got me on the schedule to get my new unit installed!! They all had great ratings but Climate Partners gave me the best price. Brain, who did the estimate, was very professional yet relaxed and fun to talk with. In the end, we ended up replacing our AC and heating systems since they were over 15 years old . Climate Partners made this decision easy and were able to do the work within 2 days. We were given a rage of units to find one we could afford and never pressured. Viktor was great! Got here within 2 hours of my original call, on a Saturday, which also happened to be the hottest day of the year, thus far. He even honored the coupon I found on their website, and was very clean and efficient. Best of all, in my opinion, the company texts you a picture of the person coming to your house, so you know exactly who to expect. I will definitely be using Climate Partners in the future.
