Every tech they ve sent over is either high as a kite or an alcoholic wreaking of liquor. I had a service contract with them and ended up canceling it due to the lack of professionalism. Brandon, the owner is unprofessional and enjoys talking over people when there is an issue. During the install of the hvac unit they left behind a piece of fiberglass in the box they built and it ended up blowing against the hole for exhaust into our home. So not only did they put us at risk of breathing in fiberglass, they charged us for leaving a piece of debris in the box they built. Run for your life and find a reliable and professional HVAC company- this company is a joke and a disgrace.
