They all seem nice and friendly, but very misleading and will take advantage of you! They will pocket whatever they can and aren t really there for the best interest of the customer. Just want there money. I don t know how the salesmen sleep at night being so dishonest. It s abdolutely terrible. They will rip you off.

I am a Nissan Leaf owner and have been using this dealer to charge my car for the last few months since moving into the area. For the past week they ve been blocking the charger and when I went in today they told me to just go to the mall it might be easier. Of course is going to be easier if you re not going to help move the car that s blocking the charger not in use.

The lady manager basically just told me that oh well go to the mall and that was it. Maybe this dealer is it selling electric cars anymore or don t want to help electric car owners that they sell cars, I don t know.

But when you have an all electric car you really relying on the chargers. I basically I had to wait an extra 30 minutes this morning trying to find a charger that was open, besides the dealer one that was just blocked.

Not sure why dealers are doing this to their customers and Leaf owners, this isn t a free charger, I have to pay to use. Not like they re giving away free charging.

An employee said he will go get the key so I can look at the car and never came back. The lady at the front desk rudely said are you really getting a car. After buying a car from the dealership they have been giving misleading information about the kahu product. I been waiting for the pin to active the device and I bought the car almost a week ago.

Brian as always! Reliable, informative and always there with a smile. With everything going on in the world right now the last thing I needed was a dead battery. I called Brian and through a quick phone call and a few questions he determined the car needed to be brought in. He offered me the phone number for Nissan Road Service and that was also helpful. My car was in and out in that day with very little hassle on my end.

11:40 am apt. To have tires checked for air. Estimated wait time 60-90min. After waiting slightly over an hour left, watched 3 hour movie came back to Nissan and was told to wait 10-15min. And waited another hour. Left dealership at 5:45pm

I bought a Nissan Leaf 2018 in Sept, it came with a faulty axle, they ended up holding my car for weeks claiming waiting for the part from Tennessee or Japan!
I followed up with at least half of a dozen of employees from their sales and service departments, got blushed off and bounced back and forth most of the times. I decided to bring a lawyer/consumer advocate to the dealer's office, the owner was alerted too. Their management had the nerve to dare me to pursuit the Lemon Law; but surprisingly giving the car back to me fixed in less than two days after presenting them with a lawyer and litigation message!
And I've found out they over charged me the selling price of the car for quite a few thousand dollars!!
To sum up, over priced, poor attitude and poor after sales service!!!

This review is mainly for Saul Estrada. This is the first dealer I have visited where I didn't feel uncomfortable during my visit. Now, while I didn't purchase a vehicle i'm still happy because I believe he was transparent. He was friendly and we decided to keep in touch until there is a certain model in my price range. Buying a car these days is a pain in the a$$ and today, for once, it didn't feel that way.

Came here with my wife for my wife's car. Everybody spoke to me first despite the fact that she knows everything in regards to what she wants and she knows the financial details

Also, after the test drive, we asked for our keys back "yes sir, right away" 10 minutes later, still no keys.

Not too happy with the sales department. They don't focus on the right customer and made us feel trapped

I wasn't happy with Carson Nissan, so I tried Cerritos. The associate was helpful and during these tough times, Brian Guillen, helped me through the process. The team was able to check out my NV Van, service it and install the recall element quickly and got me out the door in an hour.

I was lied to about the mileage these High-top vans got, and I noticed that Cerritos does not sell any of the NV line.

I wouldn't recommend your car wash service.. upon receiving my vehicle my license plate cover was broken completely off and I noticed a huge scratch in my front corner bumper after I got home which I did not have prior to leaving my vehicle..

I am an experienced car buyer and I have to say that Cerritos Nissan provided a great experience. They gave me the price I wanted with a great interest rate. They also have the best selection in the Los Angeles area. I found the color and equipment I wanted. The best part of the experience was the sales person, Sonny Meekael. He's new to the biz and he didn't come off as high pressure. He came off as enthusiastic, which he really was. He asked me "What would I have to do to get you to not go over to the Honda Dealer?" (Where I was going next.) When I said get me the exact Rogue that I want for the price I want (which I named a ball park price). He found the car, asked me what I wanted to pay for it, asked if I would stay if he could get me that price. He was so authentic, I believed that he would try. Needless to say Honda lost a CRV sale to Sonny and Cerritos Nissan.

Tony gave me a time frame for the service including having my car washed. My car was serviced and washed with in that time frame.
He also keep me in the loop of the progress of the work being done.

During the time of the CoVid19 situation I was very disappointed with the way this essential business was not taking it serious. I was very disappointed at the staff and higher management not wearing masks. They definitely put my health at risk and others. I personally would not recommend at this time anyone coming to get service if they do not take this serious, especially since they are working on my vehicle and others. I really hope management and their corporate office takes this serious or face consequences for running a business under those conditions during this time. Overall my experience with Carlos was great he was helpful and wore a mask and I felt more at ease with him than being in the facility around employees without masks.

I just purchased my second vehicle from there last year a 2015 Sentra, this year traded it in for a 2018 Pathfinder. Dante my sales rep was awesome! He played with my baby and carried my car seat..they even had tacos!! Excellent service..everyone was personable and kind. Every time I go there I am satisfied!

Went to buy a car and the sales man Ricky Phoutthasack was really helpful more helpful than the Assistant Manager that did our paper work. Glad he was able to help us pick our car. He was with us till we drove the car out of the dealer. Real nice costumer service.

Service was not acceptable, The service ADVISOR told me that my TRUCK TIRES have been rotated... and they weren t, because I have WHEEL LUG LOCKS on my wheels. So please explain to me how you rotated my tires if you don t have the LOCK itself. And I have numbers on my TIRES and they were still in the same place when I picked up my truck. So that was a LIE!!! And I was charged a different price from what my service FORM actual price was stated. So overall not pleased with the SERVICE. Stated to that it s not for DIESEL TRUCKS! But the it clearly states for my TRUCK

He always keeps me informed throughout the process and I love that my car is washed and cleaned better than when I brought it in! He lets me know of what is needed for my vehicle and does not push me to get items that are not needed, he makes suggestions and let's me decide when and what I want to get serviced. He is always very pleasant and delivers great service time and time again.

Bought our 2018 Nissan Rogue AWD SV over the weekend... the sales rep that greeted us was great, his name was Luis. We came in for a very specific car which had to be taken from another lot. Took the test drive and bought the car, price negotiation did not take long at all, dealt with one of the sales manager directly. We are happy with the deal overall.

You get great customer service here !! I would highly recommend Nissan of Cerritos. I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima and I love, love, love it !! Thanks to Victor and all his help, I walked away completely satisfied. My husband and I spent a couple hours with him and he had a great attitude and sense of humor, which made the whole transaction a lot smoother. Thanks Nissan of Cerritos for the great experience of buying a car !!!!

Overall I must say Cerritos Nissan is very good to inform me of my needs in maintenance. In the past I was very pleased. The service was very good as far as informing me of my needs and future recommendations. However my last visit
was a bit of a disappointment. The service was fine in the front desk part. The frustration was with the small finishing detail. First I drove off after my service, noticed my dash panel was still alerting me that I needed service. Just a matter of re-setting my warning service needed indicator, not that big of a deal, and my tires were all showing different pressure levels. Coming from Whittier to Cerritos is a bit of a distance for me, especially with gas prices and initially it wasn't that big of a deal. But I didn't know how to reset the dash warning so I called to have it reset. As well as to get my tire pressure checked. I was told to bring back my car to have it fixed. Now I had to take time and go back for such a minor detail. No problem like this ever happened befor.
So... I took my car back a couple days latter when I had time to go back. And they reset my warning indicator, put my tire pressure as it should of been. Only to get home and see on my valve stems two of the caps were not on the stems. And these little minor details ended up causing my disapointments. I don't think it was cool for me to have gone through all this for such a small detail. But when I realize it could of been something that would of not needed to happen I felt wronged in a way. I don't usually ever complain or say anything but time, gas, and not knowing how to solve the problem on my own I was put in this situation. So being asked about my experience I thought I would tell you exactly how it went. I know we all have bad days. It was such a small thing but also an inconvenience that needed not to happen. I hope I expressed this without taking away my initial impressions of the good service I had all the other times I went for service. If it wasn't frustrating to go through this I wouldn't even say anything. It's just thst you asked about my service experience , this was what happened.

Definitely a step up from other nissan locations I have been too, will be returning, they are just so much more organized, they have so many options if you want to stay and wait for your car, and I like how they assign a service leader to you, because its easier when you return because they are already familiar with you and your vehicle, just makes it seem like they value you and value your time and your vehicle and I can really appreciate that,

I love the service I get at this nissan. However, I'm seriously considering not going back. I waited for my car and while waiting I got hit with a soccer ball three different times. There were kids playing soccer in the waiting area. Not one employee asked them or there parents to stop. They were full on kicking and throwing the ball AND THE EMPLOYEE just let them. One of the employees even praise one of the kids for kicking the ball.

I went in just looking @ truck sizes, i can't have a large 1... it had to be smaller than 17 in tires . & i found out Nissan had them . but i have always been a Toyota person , but i could not be accommodated, so i started looking @ other dealers . . & i then i found BYRON @ NISSAN of CERRITOS , this guy did some research & found my truck & then he went above his job & took me to my home to see if the truck fit in my Garage , it did , soooo we went back to dealer ship, & worked on the #s... & i drove my truck away ... Oh & then i got a Present a small black box , 2 key rings & a pen , the pen i gave to Byron as my present for all his work ... it was a fun experience ...

I have always gone to Long Beach Nissan for servic...

I have always gone to Long Beach Nissan for service on my car but since the dealership closed, I decided to go to Cerritos Nissan since it was closer than Carson Nissan. My car needed 30K mile maintenance which I found out costs a little more than $483 at Cerritos Nissan. Later that day when I came home, I found a mailing from Surf City Nissan that offered that service for only $195 quite a price difference. I must admit that Cerritos Nissan package also included a CVT transmission fluid change and brake fluid change. As if that wasn t bad enough, because of a sporadic problem with the idle, I agreed to a spark plug replacement which I found out that Cerritos Nissan charges $530! The spark plugs are platinum long life spark plugs which I found out cost just under $12 each. So that means that Cerritos Nissan charges $480 in labor to replace spark plugs in a Nissan Altima! I was able to find three different YouTube videos where mechanics replaced spark plus in a Nissan Altima in less than 15 minutes! So Cerritos Nissan wants to charge $480 for 15 minutes of work! The technician does verify the timing and the idle after this is done but I doubt that can take more than one hour. Once again, another Nissan dealership I called told me this service costs just $265 less than half. I looked up a service that determines labor rates for such repair jobs and the price of $265 is in line with such a job definitely at the top of the scale but within the scale. I don t know why Cerritos Nissan wants double that amount. I also agreed to do a fuel system service which I would assume get me some love from Cerritos Nissan but that just emptied my pocketbook a little bit more. While waiting for my car at home, I received a phone call from Cerritos Nissan -- $300 for front brakes and $378 for an oil cooler seal. The front brakes had not been replaced in a long time so it may have been time although I feel now that it could have waited. The leaking oil cooler seal caught me by surprise I never noticed any leaks from my car. My condo association checks garage parking spots all the time and lets owners know if their cars are leaking never heard from them. No pictures. Cerritos Nissan said it was critical so I did agree. All this work I agreed came out to a little more than $2,000. I did not have that in mind. Cerritos Nissan also wanted to replace the lower control arm bushing a $1,000 repair which also would have required a wheel alignment which was more than $100. I emphatically said NO to that. Long Beach Nissan had completely rebuilt the front end suspension at 90,000 miles so I seriously doubt those lower control arm bushings would go bad after just 30,000 miles. The pamphlet they send you also tries to push additional services like a cabin filter replacement with HVAC service for $170. BTW, Cerritos Nissan exceptional service failed to detect a low battery with the key fob quite important but then again, how much money can Cerritos Nissan make off a $5 battery. Long Beach Nissan would always work with car owners and suggest repairs be put off for the next visit if possible and not try to fleece the car owner at one time. Cerritos Nissan behaves in the opposite manner. I don t understand why because with Long Beach Nissan closed, Nissan car owners in Long Beach need to find another Nissan dealership for occasional repair work. It won t be Cerritos Nissan for me.

Cerritos Nissan completely wasted our time. We told Dante up front (twice on the phone and multiple times in person when we arrived) that we had $12K and are not willing to go above that or finance. He made us sit and chat for 30 minutes, then showed us a beautiful 2017 Rogue, which he said would fit into our budget. After we fell in love with the car, he let his sales managers break it to us that we would have to finance almost $3K to get it. When we told the managers that we only had $12K, they acted as though we were trying to steal a car from them, which was the last thing we were trying to do. We felt taken advantage of and disrespected because we were more than upfront about our budget from the very beginning. We drove all the way from Redondo Beach because Dante assured us that he could work with us. So disappointing.
