I bought a Nissan Leaf 2018 in Sept, it came with a faulty axle, they ended up holding my car for weeks claiming waiting for the part from Tennessee or Japan!
I followed up with at least half of a dozen of employees from their sales and service departments, got blushed off and bounced back and forth most of the times. I decided to bring a lawyer/consumer advocate to the dealer's office, the owner was alerted too. Their management had the nerve to dare me to pursuit the Lemon Law; but surprisingly giving the car back to me fixed in less than two days after presenting them with a lawyer and litigation message!
And I've found out they over charged me the selling price of the car for quite a few thousand dollars!!
To sum up, over priced, poor attitude and poor after sales service!!!
