I do not recommend .. Very bad service I was attended by 3 different vendors they behaved well but the desk guy gave me a bad attitude apart I went to my house and they called me to return by the car they were going to give me the price that I was saying When I returned, they asked me $ 3,000 to give me that price .. the car that ise test drive had more comfortable seats and the one I bought was different (the car fit me) besides the car they sold me had a plastic panel loose down the truth in In general, this service was the worst I had in the purchase of a car and I already bought 8 cars in total, I never return to this place

My experience here was so stressful never will i come back her again. There was 2 cars that i liked so much. I had got approved for a car loan. The sales person was pushing me into signing the contract, for a car that I can't afford the monthly payment would have been way to high. He was so desperate, for that sell it didn't care if i can afford the car. He was so disrespectful and rude after i told him know i wasn't going to sign for something i can't afford. Know i will never return to this dealship never again. Their customer service is so terrible if this is how they treat their customer they shouldn't be in business at all.

I was at the Certitos Nissan to do the 10,000 miles maintenance and was greatly pleased with the quality of work/service that I was given. Work was completed within reasonable time and everything was explained to my satisfaction. There were snacks, bottled water and coffee that was provided for the customers. There new complex was equipped with a section for little kids to play in.
The staff were warm and on occasions approached and enquirers if I was ok. I felt that was cool. The level of customer care that was provided to me was very impressive and I commend the staff of Cerritos Nissan for their service.

I was helped by Luis. He was amazing. From the introduction, to showing me the cars, to handing over the keys, he was above and beyond. It s not often that you face someone who was as passionate about their job and was completely transparent with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Definitely will be sending over all my friends and family to Cerritos Nissan!

I did like the service I got from this dealership. I rarely go to a dealership to get my car serviced, but for a routine car maintenance, I would. Nissan Cerritos did exceed my expectations. I set an appointment at 10am, and they checked me in as soon as I got there. All the staffs I met was courteous and professional. Victor Silva assisted me on my visit. He is very straightforward and knows what he is talking about. He suggests without being pushy. I will go back for sure. It doesn't matter if I will have to pay extra for the services, as long as they get things done the right way. If you have a car that is Nissan, do them a favor and take them here, they ll know everything about it and will run longer and better.

Had a small issue at the beginning, but thanks to Malika Taylor and the Mgr. I was able to drive out a Kicks. Good car, good deal and def. Would recommend Malika. By the way, don't trust me, dont believe me...just go and see. Also know that that you have the last word. Don't feel forced and if you do, just walk away and think about it

I had the best experience of my life when this young fellow on his earliest 20's. Help me with all I need. His name is Javier castaneda
I never tought I was going to be satisfied with the service, because they offer you so much,
But this time I was wrong they treated me very nice from beginning to the end.
Whao what a service.
And I trade my 2015 Nissan rouge for the 2018 Nissan rouge. Excellent choice I'm very happy with what happened at Nissan.

It was one of the most stress-free car buying experiences. Their availability after the Thanksgiving Day was wonderful. We would recommend this sales department to everyone for its hassle free environment.

Yarely (Yaya) was superb. She wasn't pushy, very down to Earth and accommodating. She's a very nice, pleasant person and made this experience great. I would highly recommend seeking her out for your next car shopping/purchase experience

We're looking forward to purchase our third Z, the 400Z, from Yaya (Cerritos Nissan).

Great, friendly service. Service advisor was upfront about the issues I had that required me to come in, but didn't pursue me into the additional items that they suggested for the things that were cautionary and didn't need immediate attention in order for my car to run. Jaime Nava was very courteous and professional throughout the service. He suggested for me to review the inspection report to see what else the service team found and try to take care of those items a bit at a time so it wasn't so big of an impact on the wallet, instead of the usual "sales" pitch of you should really take care of these now because xyz could happen... Thanks for being honest!

My parents and I were treated very well by Miguel and Rob since we walked in. My mom got the car that she wanted at the right price. Everyone was willing to work with our budget and met our price. Very good customer service and excellent experience. Finance manager Enrique was great as well and explained everything to us.

I was recommended to visit Cerritos Nissan by a relative who got a great deal on a 2016 Rogue. Walking in, we were greeted and treated better than at Kia. They offered water and made short conversation. We went back and forth with an offer and after finalizing everything, I walked to the car I purchased and notice two dents on the front hood. The lady who was in charge of showing me the features in the car tried to convince me that it wasn't dents. It was obvious there were two dents. I had to remind them that they clearly stated that the car was new. The dents were not acceptable. After going back and forth with two female staff, they finally called a gentlemen to assist us with scheduling an appointment so that the car can be fixed. So I purchased a "new" car and now I have to return to Cerritos to get the dents fixed. After going through the whole process, it was painful to just go ahead and say "never mind, don't want the car." The staff said that they will take care of the vehicle, but I have to deal with the hassle of driving back to the dealership in two days. The deal wasn't bad, but going back won't be fun. I also just realized that one of the keys that they gave me is broken. I noticed that the lady who delivered the car to my house dropped the key, so it must have broke when it hit the ground. I will also inquire about that.

Took my car in while under warranty for AC repairs...

Took my car in while under warranty for AC repairs, they said they fixed the issue which they did but they caused vapors/smoke to come out of A.C..took it back and they said it was fine. Time passed and it got worse so took it back and since it wasn't happening at the moment they said they couldn't do anything. 3rd time It was not under warranty but I felt transmission faulty, transmission is still covered they had the car the whole day and said they couldn't find anything with either and they had it all day. So I took my car to Downey Nissan and within 20 mins they found the ac motor freezing/faulty and solenoid valve in the transmission bad causing transmission issues. But since the A.C. isn't under warranty now I have to pay for the repairs. Never going back to Cerritos nissan.

She makes you feel like family and the overall process is explained and was a smooth purchase. I would recommend friends and family looking to purchase to go to Cerritos Nissan.

I love this dealership. The sales guys are always helpful. I've bought my pathfinder from them and had a great experience from start to finish. No pressure on sales tactics other than if they know you are seriously buying they will make sure you do buy from them, i.e. price negotiations and trade in negotiations. I did finally take my pathfinder in for its 5,000 miles service. It was a pleasant experience. I can tell you there was a hiccup that one of my tire had a puncture on the side wall but the service advisor Ray Song was so diligent in making sure he took ownership and spoke to his manager right away to get it replaced at no charge due to not my negligence. He made sure it did not impact my wait time much more than it would and came and told me exactly what happened. So I really appreciate the honesty and ownership Ray took. I can't say how much I recommend everyone to use Ray Song as your service advisor. He is on top of his game and I told him I will make sure every appointment I have him as my advisor. It's customer service like this that keeps customers coming back and forth even if it's good or bad news you may get on your car. You know you are well taken care of. Shout out to Bryan in sales who I didn't buy but had questions on a car in their show room. He took his time to answer all my questions. I will for sure be back to buy the next car I've got in mind from this dealership only due to the superior customer service they give whether it's saless or service. Plus in service waiting area they do have complimentary beverages and snacks while you wait along with free wifi! Thanks cerritos nissan! Please keep customer service as your #1 priority...it'll take you far and us as happy loyal customers.

I arrived at Cerritos Nissan Tuesday, Sept. 8,2020 my white Nissan 2003 xterra was stalling at idle stopping at lights plus I needed to smog check Isysted that to the Nissan service Register guy waited over 3hours called me earlier said work looks good no major delays sold me 4 new tires at discount which is nice and finally got my said everything is great got home 6miles running good But next day drove it over 10 miles it Stalled on me at Long Beach/Martin Luther King Twice and again next block Not Fixed.

This place is deceptive with questionable business...

This place is deceptive with questionable business practices. My dad got me a car here with his 844 credit score I put down a $2500 deposit with a trade-in and 2 1/2 weeks later they re still calling me for documents and calling my wrong employer they are backwards and messy with their paperwork. This is a big dealership with lots of distractions so you cannot keep up with their deceptive business practices I am on my way to filing a federal trade commission complaint as well. To top it off they only give you one service after you purchased a new car you might as well just buy a car on Carvana or auto trader this experience was ridiculous!

Staff doesn't seem to be so helpful. Service Advisors don't come up and try to see if you need help they wait for you to go to them. Sales nice and knowledgeable

Updated so I decided to try this dealer again since it's my local dealer. Needless to say I was so disappointed after promised a loaner from Tony, he didn't keep his word but changed up saying I needed to have over $300 in customer pay to get one. I honestly was so upset had I known that I would have planned my day differently. I also thought to myself I get better service at my BMW dealer without having to spend a certain amount. When I got my car back it was sticky in the driver's door he told me he'd wash it not to worry about it vacuum in overall well it still lookes the same after my service. The worst experience ever. I rather take a drive then to ever take my car back to Cerritos or even to see Tony such a liar. I hope manage changes something.

Very friendly and welcoming, like valet parking at a nice hotel! Surprisingly quick, thorough, and attentive service with a comfy waiting area. The service manager really seemed to know his stuff, and didn t seem pushy to up sell, which always makes me suspicious and uncomfortable. Despite the premium cost of having repairs done at a dealership, I will definitely take my car here again.

I was visiting my family in California , and decided to go to Cerritos Nissan with my Aunty, she was looking for a new car. A salesman named Ricky Phoutthasack was a nice and sincere sales person. Even tho my Aunty said she wasn't going to buy a car that very day , he still answered all of ours questions patiently. I will recommend all of our family and friends to Ricky P. at Cerritos Nissan. I had been going to the Nissan of Signal Hill for 3 years and had never had such an amazing experience as I did, here at a Cerritos. Alfredo Sabino let me know about my tires and explain everything I needed throughly. I will forever be coming to this location to get my service done and any other needs for my car. Amazed me that they gave me an appointment 20 minutes after my phone call. Mariana Cuevas was the customer service representative that help me, she was really professional. As promised, she called me and I got impressed, they even wash my car. I loved that.

Amazing and impeccable service when buying new car. This is my 2nd car with this location. Yaya is amazing and my goto person. During tough times and this covid19 situation my last car was hit by a drunk driver while
Parked out front of my home and was a total loss, getting a brand new car in less than a week was a snap from my home. I called and spoke to the same team who helped the first time around letting them know what car I wanted exactly. Price was amazing, discounts were generous and the finance was flawless with a gracious 90 day NO PAYMENT because America is struggling during CoronaVirus crisis... All I have to say thank you. My car was delivered to my home and all my paperwork was finished and signed at my porch. Hassle free..

Service Department does not know what they are doi...

Service Department does not know what they are doing. My son decided to take the first free service and we made an appointment for today as we were told that the first service is free (oil change and car wash). The appointment e-mail showed the contact person to be Tony Fears. When my son arrived after driving over 30 miles, Tony Fears told him he needs to pay $180 and it is not free. Tony does not even know how to handle an irritated customer. When I called up, he told me if you will talk to me like that I will not talk to you. And I told him if you were in the position of my son, will you not feel the same way as we do? These people are so disorganized. Tony should know his appointments and the deal even before they arrive. From the Sales Department where we experienced the worst up to the Service Department - this Company is not giving value to customers. They are doing more harm than good. I told my son, don't avail of that free service anymore, better pay and go to trusted companies where you will be in good hands. THIS WILL CONFIRM MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW, STAY AWAY FROM CERRITOS NISSAN - THE WORST!
