I would 100% recommend CareChoice to anyone needing help locating care for a senior loved one. You may think you don't need help in the process and I would urge you to not try to do it alone, have an advocate, like CareChoice, by your side. Rachael met with me while my dad was in rehab and helped me through every step of the process. We knew he wasn't going to be able to return to his current community and I was afraid we would be forced to place dad in a nursing home. Rachael spent countless hours talking with me at the rehab and at the hospital and she reassured me that wouldn't be the case and put me at ease throughout the process. In the end we found the most perfect residential care home for him where he was able to have hospice. I cannot thank Rachael enough for everything she did for me and my dad and I am so glad I didn't have to go through this process without her highly expert guidance.

Rachael and her team were an amazing help when we needed to find care for one of our parents with less than 48 hours notice. After an unexpected hospital stay, we weren't sure where to look or how to assess the right type of place that could care for our dad. Rachael provided a lot of information, guidance, and handled all the paperwork necessary with the hospital for a smooth transition. I have a brother that needed care out of the hospital. The home I chose for him was less than perfect. A social worker at the hospital suggested I call CareChoice and I am so happy that I did. Rachael and Amy were spectacular! I was trying to do everything long distance since my brother is in Georgia and I am in Pennsylvania. Rachael from CareChoice was very helpful in finding a memory care facility for my dad. She was a nurse who worked with the elderly so is extremely knowledgable in her field. She personally visits these homes often, so when she recommends one you can be sure it will of good quality. Originally I had used a national service that advertises on tv a lot and they referred me to a home that he only stayed 8 days. It was not a good place and they didn't do anything they promised. Their consultants simply look online and direct you. With CareChoice you can be sure they are giving you a good quality place for your loved one.

Also, Rachael has been very helpful when I have called her since the placement. She is very compassionate and friendly, and calls back quickly. She is very happy to share her knowledge and experience with me. I highly recommend using CareChoice to find the perfect home for your needs.

The service was invaluable. Rachael is very organized with her questions to help her provide me with a short list of facilities that meet our needs. She is familiar with the personnel at the facilities so the process moved quickly and efficiently.

During a difficult and confusing experience with my 90-year old mother after a traumatic stroke Rachael was able to help us to clarify the process of finding a permanent home for my mother with the kind of environment and care she needed. Rachael gave us valuable advice on how to proceed and recommended five assisted living facilities for us to tour in our area. She set up appointments and all five turned out to be very appropriate for my mom. After we made our selection, Rachael worked with the in-patient nursing facility to coordinate the move to assisted living and she worked with the assisted living to make sure we had the necessary documents and reports from the rehab doctors and facility. Now she is helping us find an attorney to help us with estate planning and trust preparation. I highly recommend Rachael, without equivocation, if you are facing a similar situation with your loved ones! She is compassionate and caring and very effective!

I cannot say enough complimentary things about the services recently provided by CareChoice, LLC in helping our family locate an excellent assisted care facility in Georgia for my mother.

Our family had arranged on our own to have our mother move into a different assisted care facility upon her release from rehabilitation in April. When the arrangement fell through just two days before she was scheduled to move in due to some -- let's just say, "questionable" -- last-minute revelations on the part of the facility regarding the type of accommodations and level of care services provided, as well as a number of unexplained and unacceptable additional charges, Rachael at CareChoice stepped in and saved the day.

My sister and I, both of whom live out of state, were scrambling to arrive at an alternative solution that would provide the care and environment that we wanted for our mother. Rachael made herself available to us 24 hours a day (no exaggeration), and, with her help, we were able to identify a better alternative for my mother and finalize arrangements in time for my mother's release from rehab. When a communications snafu between the rehab facility and the assisted care facility resulted in my mother's arrival before she was expected, Rachael actually drove from her home to the facility at 10:00 at night to make sure that all administrative and communications matters were worked out and that my mother was comfortable and happy.

In an industry that has, in my experience, offered more disappointment and disillusionment than satisfaction, I consider CareChoice a breath of fresh air. I heartily recommend them.

It has been difficult in the past with my Dad. Some facilities lack professional staff and integrity. I did not want to go through that again.

We are so glad that the rehab facility told us bout CareChoice. Rachael handled every challenge my siblings and I put before her when we were arranging accommodations for both parents. When discharge dates and preferences regarding locations changed, Rachael handled things without flinching. When my parents panicked about taking the step and making the decision to move into assisted living, Rachael took the time to go visit them and patiently answer all of their questions and alleviate all their concerns, treating them with dignity and respect. My mom had been living with my sister and family for over 15 years when her health began rapidly declining. She s in end stage renal failure and has diabetes, but was managing both quite well. However, she was rushed to the ER and then ICU with ischemic liver failure. Against the odds, she recovered but we determined she was no longer safe at home. If my nephew hadn t found her and called 911, we would have lost her. It was clear she needed more help and oversight with daily life without intruding on her relative independence (still cognitively quite sharp but physically needed a hand with some things).

They met with me and very clearly discussed options, budget, and worked incredibly hard to find the right fit for mom based on her needs and lifestyle. They held our hand every step of the way: planning, finding a good intermediate rehab facility, understanding any financial aid options, setting up tours with senior living communities, and filing all the necessary paperwork for us. We would have been totally lost without their exceptional care, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough. They made a very difficult experience so so much easier. My family and I are so grateful for them.

Rachael is extremely knowledgeable of the senior care resources as well as senior living properties and provided a wealth of information. She laid the foundation for us, set the appointments for tours and helped us along every step of the way. WOW, where do I begin?? Care Choice has truly been I life saver for me. Rachael Mullins is by far a god-send!! From my first contact with Rachael she calmed my frazzled nerves and assured me she would work to find my mother a nice assisted living facility in Atlanta. I had to relocate my mother from Virginia to Georgia and was having all sorts of issues finding a nice place that fit my mothers lifestyle and didn't completely exhaust our funds.
