Rachael with CareChoice has been a very reliable resource to assist with locating personal care homes for a family member as well as help navigating the application for Social Security Disability, Medicaid, Medicare, Georgia's CCSP Program, etc. No matter the question Rachael has been patient and provided a response that I could understand. She has been the liaison with the personal care homes, explained how the various programs worked, what action steps I needed to take etc. Rachael makes it easy. You can tell she really cares. I can continue working and let her make the calls and do what she does best. Need help navigating these foreign waters, seek out Rachael and you will be so glad that you did.
