We are so glad that the rehab facility told us bout CareChoice. Rachael handled every challenge my siblings and I put before her when we were arranging accommodations for both parents. When discharge dates and preferences regarding locations changed, Rachael handled things without flinching. When my parents panicked about taking the step and making the decision to move into assisted living, Rachael took the time to go visit them and patiently answer all of their questions and alleviate all their concerns, treating them with dignity and respect.
