I have a brother that needed care out of the hospital. The home I chose for him was less than perfect. A social worker at the hospital suggested I call CareChoice and I am so happy that I did. Rachael and Amy were spectacular! I was trying to do everything long distance since my brother is in Georgia and I am in Pennsylvania. Amy went to the facility and got the real lowdown on what was happening. She and Rachael found a new place for him, negotiated a price we could afford, and the new home is fantastic. They really like him there and he likes them. I don't know what I would have done without the help that CareChoice provided. I highly recommend them.
