Rachael and Amy at CareChoice helped us immensely during a difficult time after my father-in-laws stroke. They are truly experts and passionate about what they do. Through their support and services we were able to find a wonderful assisted living facility with rehabilitation services and could not be happier with our choice. It's comforting to have a service like this while trying to navigate through this unknown territory.
