Rachael and Amy at CareChoice proved to be the angels I needed at a difficult time. My Mother had been admitted to the hospital and it was clear my elderly Father would no longer be able to care for her. I was not sure how to provide the care that I knew she would need once she was discharged from the hospital.

As nurses, they were able to evaluate my mother and determine the type of care that would be necessary. They explained my options to me and helped provide the information I would need to make the important decisions that were coming. Their efforts made the difference so that I could find the best place for my Mom from the many varied possibilities.

Rachael was able to find different facility options that could provide the proper care for my Mom. These were difficult times and they provided compassionate and helpful guidance. With their support I was able to find a place that could care for my Mom, a place with people I could trust to give Mom the best care possible given her condition.

I cannot recommend CareChoice more highly. It was truly a blessing that I found CareChoice at this difficult time. I can t thank them enough.
