Rachael from CareChoice was very helpful in finding a memory care facility for my dad. She was a nurse who worked with the elderly so is extremely knowledgable in her field. She personally visits these homes often, so when she recommends one you can be sure it will of good quality. Originally I had used a national service that advertises on tv a lot and they referred me to a home that he only stayed 8 days. It was not a good place and they didn't do anything they promised. Their consultants simply look online and direct you. With CareChoice you can be sure they are giving you a good quality place for your loved one.

Also, Rachael has been very helpful when I have called her since the placement. She is very compassionate and friendly, and calls back quickly. She is very happy to share her knowledge and experience with me. I highly recommend using CareChoice to find the perfect home for your needs.
