Rachael was great to work with. I had a bad health situation with my Mom and was unable to find a good care home for her. Rachael came through with a great recommendation and that is where my Mom ended up. So far, my brother and I are happy with the choice that Rachael presented to us. She is very knowledgeable about the existing care providers and I can't thank her enough for her help.
