Rachael and her team were an amazing help when we needed to find care for one of our parents with less than 48 hours notice. After an unexpected hospital stay, we weren't sure where to look or how to assess the right type of place that could care for our dad. Rachael provided a lot of information, guidance, and handled all the paperwork necessary with the hospital for a smooth transition. She was extremely responsive, even outside of 'standard' business hours, to help us through a difficult week. I would highly recommend Rachael and CareChoice.
