Our family cannot express enough our thanks and appreciation to Rachael Mullins for her help in placing my father-in-law in both rehab and assisted living facilities after his several hospital stays these past few months. She was INVALUABLE in helping us navigate through the complicated labyrinth of transition care planning and in selecting the best facility that met OUR needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and caring. There was no question or issue we had (and we had many) that she could not or would not answer/resolve. She is very responsive and is very accessible. Things that were important to us, were just as important to her. The care planning process is very difficult to navigate and I cannot imagine how anyone could do it without an advocate. I HIGHLY recommend Rachael for assistance with your care choice needs. I don't know what we would have done without her help!
