Brickhouse Bridal Review

After going to Priscilla of Boston, I decided to try some other bridal stores around Houston. I made an appointment at Brick house and found out right away that it was nothing like I expected it to be. No one acknowledged me for about ten minutes once I arrived and there were four girls behind the counter. Once they decided to help me they said my consultant was not ready so I could just browse the store for dresses. I ended up finding only two dresses worth trying on. The store was a wreck with stuff all over the floor, the consultants were not very friendly and the whole experience felt rushed and I felt ignored. The changing rooms are loose curtains and the towel robe thing they have hanging looked dirty. I was very disappointed in the overall appearance, selection and service of the store. Will not be going back.

Jacqueline Statom was my consultant and she was fabulous! I had one mind of a style and she knew that it would not work for me. I tried on a dress A that I thought would be it and hated it. I then tried on dress B that Jacqueline knew would work for me and I LOVED it!! Brickhouse Bridal was amazing. All the ladies were very friendly and helpful. My dress is gorgeous, my veil is so beautiful and my earrings that I ordered are to die for!! Thank you Jacqueline and Brickhouse Bridal for helping me say YES to the dress and making me feel like a queen! :)

My experience at Brickhouse Bridal was nothing short of wonderful! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My consultant helped me get in and out of dresses easily with no problems.. and it definitely went alot smoother than I had expected. I found the perfect dress and am so pleased with my experience there! If you are wanting to look at a one stop shop, this is it!!

What a magical experience!!! My daughter has dreamed of getting her dress here for a very long time !!! Sarah was amazing and truly helped us to find the perfect dress!! She listened and helped us to make her bridal experience so beautiful!! We found the dress of her dreams !!

BRIDES BEWARE: THIEVES ON STAFF

I had a horrible experience at Brickhouse bridal. I have been focused on my wedding planning and am just finalizing all lose ends. I went to the shop and had selected a wonderful Maggie Sottero dress. I actually fell in love with the dress. I went on a Saturday and flew in from out of town as my mother lives in Houston. As me and my mother were memorized by the dress, a store clerk STOLE from my bag. The store clerk stole a shopping back that I took into the store. The worst part about it was that the store manager, was terrible to me. She accused me of lying. I felt they discriminated against me because I am Hispanic. I was nice and simply asked for help looking for my items. I realized that they were stolen, when I found items in my purse missing and moved around. The store manager was disinterested. I knew the store clerk who stole my items. I asked the store manager if she could call the clerks who had coincidentally left for the day. I cannot express the level of horrible treatment that I experienced. I ended up cancelling my dress and was very upset about being robbed and more over the treatment that I received.

When I arrived home, as I was in love with the dress, I started looking at the pictures my mother took of me on her iPad, miraculously there were various pictures showing the store clerks STEALING my stuff!! Immediately on Monday, I called the store again, the store manager once again continued to say that I was lying and continued to treat me horribly. I was infuriated. I asked to speak to the store owner, and reluctantly was set up with an appointment. I ended up contacting the police. I filed a police report and pressed charges against the employee. You can contact me directly and I can send you the police report number. This information is available to the public. I filed a police report at the store and I never received any better treatment, nor by the owner or the store manager. These people ruined what should have been a very emotional, wonderful experience for me. The store owner promised to fire the store employee that was stealing. HOWEVER, I found out that the cousin, is a sales person and was the first person that was reluctant to consider my concern for my lost items to actually be stolen. This individual STILL works there. I believe this is the not the first time these individuals have stolen and it would not surprise me if they have stolen from plenty of other customers.

People like this should learn how to take care of their customers better and at the very minimum respect concerns that are being brought forward. I was humiliated, yelled out, practically kicked out of the store when I voiced my concern that someone had stolen from me. Even after the police verified that someone HAD indeed stolen from me, I received no better treatment.

BRIDES BEWARE! THE SAME OWNER ALSO OWNS MIA BRIDAL COUTURE. There are so many other bridal shops in the Houston area that deserve your business.

I was absolutely blown away by the level of service given by Brickhouse Bridal. After going to three other bridal shops I now question why I even wasted my time. At least I saved the best for last! They have a massive selection with gowns to fit all different budgets. The only drawback is that we shopped before they opened their social suite! I hope I get to shop for a dress there soon too!

The woman who helped me had a great demeanor. She didn't push any options too hard and she offered genuine feedback/comments so I never questioned her sincerity. I also appreciated that she never pushed the more expensive option over the lesser. I had a great experience at the shop!

I had such a nice experience at Brickhouse bridal.

I was greeted right away when I came in the store. My consultant was Yvette (The person on the right of the picture) and SHE WAS AMAZING. She was very personal with me, gave me her personal opinions, and suggested dresses for me to see what I think based on what I was looking for. Having a awesome consultant in your bridal appointment can really make a difference. I loved how patient, nice, and friendly she was. I recommend everyone to request an appointment with Yvette right away!

When I was checking out I had like 5 gift cards and the lady checking me out (I did not get her name but I went in 10/11/2020) was very patient with this. She was very informative on when my dress will arrive and payment explanation. I really appreciated that!

The drive from Katy was WORTH IT! Everyone needs to come here when shopping for a wedding dress. They also have bridemaids dresses as well.

Just FYI, if you get a dress here they give you a gift (I am not saying what it is!) ;D

UPDATE: Came to BHB 06/13 for my 9 am 30 min appointment. This appointment consisted of me seeing my dress and trying it on. I also purchased jewelry special thanks to Casey for assisting me. She has great style I recommend her. Brickhouse Bridal has a NEW location! More roomy yas! Free parking and due to COVID-19 they are limiting guests to only two at the moment. I would recommend the receptionist to be more open to making conversation with guests. I had to ask how I will be notified when my accessories have arrived instead of her telling me at check out. Still giving this place a 5 stars!

I went there today to try on wedding gowns. My saleswoman was fantastic. She was incredibly laid back, helpful, and encouraging. She did NOT make me feel pressured into purchasing and she even gave me the designer and style # for my fav dress (something other stores haven't been so willing to do for me). So, this week, I will be looking at THE dress online as much as possible so I am positive it's the one I want and I plan to put my down payment on it next week!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bridal shop and the amazing SARAH. It has endless amounts of dresses in various colors from various designers, and it s everything you would imagine a bridal shop to be. My stylist, Sarah, was incredible. She caught on to my vision almost immediately and began pulling dress ideas after my first two try-on s. She was knowledgeable without being pushy. She was a calming presence in what can be an overwhelming experience. AND she actually ended up picking out the dress I ultimately chose. I would recommend her to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nobody helped us, walked right past us and never said hello or anything

I think I went to every store in Houston and the surrounding area. All stores had a great selection of dresses and were really sweet and helpful (except AMORE bridal also known as The Bridal Depot)

5 years ago I said yes to my dress here and was thrilled with the service, and have great memories! I just went back a week ago with my future sister-in-law and was just as happy as before! There were so many gorgeous dresses in our price point to choose from and SO many different styles. The staff treated my sister like royalty and the whole experience made me wish I could do it all again, maybe for my 10 year? :) Thank you to the entire team!

The staff at Brickhouse Bridal were very friendly and easy to work with. They helped me find my wedding dress on my first visit. They had helpful advice, stayed within my budget and were not pushy. I would definitely recommend them!

Paris helped me find my dream dress! Gorgeous dresses and excellent customer service!

I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from Brickhouse Bridal and they were gorgeous. All my bridesmaids lived in a different state and all communications were done over the phone. The dresses arrived when they said they would and they all fit perfectly with the exception of getting a little hem.

I highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal.

My daughter bought her wedding dress from this shop. It was a bustier with a skirt. We also bought a veil, a hair clip and a belt. We spent over $3500. (We did get a first visit discount.) We also purchased two of four bridesmaids dresses at this store. When the dress came in 6 months later, the bustier did not zip up. They told us that when it was time for alterations that the bustier could be steamed so that it would stretch and fit just fine and we should not be worried. This was a year before the wedding, so there was plenty of time to fix the mistake, but they led us to believe everything was fine. When it was time for the alterations, 4 months before the wedding, we called all of Brickhouse Bridal's recommendations for alterations. Every store told us that bustiers cannot be steamed and stretched!! We made an appointment with one alteration person and took the dress in. The owner said that it was 4 inches too small in one spot and there was no possible way Brickhouse could've measured correctly because this part of the bustier went around my daughter's ribs and that measurement would not change. They said this because when we purchased the dress my daughter was a size 2 and when we tried the dress on she was still wearing size 2 clothes. She had not gained so much weight that she would need a bustier 4 inches larger. If she had gained 4 inches, none of her clothes in her closet would have still fit her. The alteration person suggested we go back to Brickhouse and talk to them. When we got to Brickhouse and told them our grievance, they very quickly whisked us away from customers and into the back room to try on the dress. They measured again and got different measurements, but they were even different measurements than the alteration person had just taken moments before. I sew also so I realize taking measurements is not a precise task and I told this to the Brickhouse employee. She informed me that we signed the order form with the sizes on it. She also started reading notes from previous conversations my daughter and I had in front of her. Conversations about weight gain and why the dress wouldn't fit. The employee said we told her my daughter had gained weight. She did not gain 4 inches! She was unwilling to do anything to fix the situation and said it was basically our problem. I believed them when they told me what size needed to be ordered. They are a professional shop and after spending the amount of money we did, I thought they would be able to take correct measurements. That was A BIG MISTAKE!! Needless to say, we were forced to buy more material from the designer along with mesh and liner to match the bustier through Brickhouse. This was $200 more. I couldn't be too rude to them because we needed the matching fabric so my daughter could wear her expensive gown. We also needed the 2 bridesmaid dresses that had not come in yet. Sadly, we had to pay over $450 for alterations to have the bustier redone. Brickhouse was unwilling to do anything to help us. They said they were a professional shop and stood by their measurements. They wouldn't even pay the $40 fee to expedite the shipping of the material because they said we had plenty of time to get it fixed before the wedding. I don't know what the markup on wedding apparel is, but you would think when someone pays $4000 at a store a measly $40 expedition charge would be the least they could do to try to make the situation better. This is not how to make your customer happy. The employees made my daughter feel fat, (even when she's a size 2) and had no desire to help us or admit any fault in their ordering or measurements at all!! The customer service at Brickhouse was horrible. The employees were snotty and belittling. I have another daughter and she will not be shopping at Brickhouse Bridal for her wedding dress and neither will any of the four bridesmaids or other people associated with my daughter's wedding. I suggest you shop somewhere else. You can find these exact designer dresses cheaper at other shops from people who appreciate you and your purchases.

The had a large selection of the brand we liked and for a much better price than intown. We found the dress.

Not the experience I dreamed of.

I finally got my first adult job in time to plan my wedding. I had never made a big purchase before. I drive a 15 year old car, but I made up my mind that I would allow myself to have ANY wedding dress I wanted. That ended up costing me about 9 thousand dollars, but I was comfortable with the decision at the time. That was until I was offered the same dress from another store for several thousand dollars less. I called Brickhouse, looking for any kind of empathy and maybe the smallest discount or a free accessory or something - anything to make me feel a little better! I talked to Paris, who had done an amazing job pretending to be kind and considerate when I made my purchase. She was nothing of the sort anymore. Lucky for me there was a manager who took a few minutes of her time to listen to me cry. They offered nothing.

COVID hit and affected my dress coming in on time. I received about 4 different estimated dates, none of which were met. I understand there are difficulties at this time, which was no problem until my wedding became uncomfortably soon. I ended up getting my dress about a month before I fly out for my wedding, which was when I wanted to have my alterations complete so I could do bridal portraits and have them edited on time. Now I'm extremely cramped on time, so that's more added stress to the wedding planning process when I was diligent about shopping a year before my wedding in order to have my dress on time.

When I went to pick up my dress, I was in the market to buy accessories - any that they have: jewelry, shoes etc. The consultant let me try on some veils and then nicely told me it was time to get out my dress and leave. I never found out what other kind of accessories they had in the store. I signed over my last few thousand dollars, and then was rushed to move out of the way and remove my belongings off the counter. The lady behind the desk pushed some of my things out of the way as I tried to close my purse. I left in a fluster just to realize they had forgotten to give me the list of places to get my dress altered since they don't do them in store like some other places do. They sent me packing with no idea where to take my giant, expensive purchase.

To sum things up, $9,000 got me disappointment, stress, more disappointment, and a swift push out the door when they had my money.

P.S. I highly recommend you go to Ivory Bridal Atelier and ask for Laura! She was absolutely the sweetest consultant, not to mention they provide champagne and treats for a premiere wedding dress shopping experience. Coreena's in College Station is also excellent and takes photos of you in the dresses to put up on a big screen. Very unique and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience. I like that they let you go around and pick which dresses you want to try on and you can see the prices. Casey was so helpful and even pulled a few after seeing what was flattering for me. I went in thinking I was just looking and would most likely not find the dress. All their dresses are gorgeous. I fell in love with a dress and got it that day. I couldn't be happier! They were so responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend coming here.

My experience was exactly what it should have been as a bride; attentive, special, lovely, quiet, classic, exciting, intimate, romantic, sweet, elegant, and beautiful. My consultant, Paris, at BHB was AMAZING. The dress selection is excellent and I felt completely comfortable with Paris, and the others on the team. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. You WON'T be disappointed.

Everything was perfect until I went to pick up my wedding dress. All my appointments with Sarah were easy going & helpful. My dress is perfect! I love it so much. It was even 2 Months early ready to pick up
But picking up I had another lady, Vicki I think? Just as I was ready for her to put on my gown she un-clipped my bra WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I asked what she was doing and I was told I can t wear a bra with my dress. I m sorry but that is my decision if I want to wear my bra, especially with mum & my dad outside the fitting room. After that I felt rushed and they didn t even put the whole outfit on me to see. At that point I just wanted to leave.

I have had two experiences at Brickhouse Bridal: purchasing a bridesmaids dress and buying my wedding gown here.

I loved my shopping experience with my consultant for my wedding dress! She listened so well to what I wanted and respected my budget. Plus, she was a pleasure to spend the 2 hours with. My only complaint is that she said that any seamstress could do all these alterations to a lace gown, and I believed her. Took the gown to the seamstress and found out the hard way that you cannot alter lace that way. My wedding dress did not end up the way I wanted it to. I feel like that is something that she knew working at a wedding dress store, but wanted to sale me on.

I did not enjoy my experience when purchasing my bridesmaids dress though. The consultant was not listening to us. She also did not drop it when I told her to order my a smaller size then what she recommended. She was so persistent that I caved. And of course the dress didn't even stay up by itself it was so large it just dropped to my belly button when I put it on. I saw the same consultant assisting clients when I was wedding dress shopping... they did not seem to be enjoying themselves.

It is true, your dress consultant makes the shopping experience.

I had such a lovely experience! Sarah Kleypas was truly incredible! I was so comfortable there. She worked in my budget and time frame beautifully. She read me like a book! These ladies can read body language like nobody s business. She was relaxed and honest and compassionate and really connected with me and my mom and grandmother. She was emotionally engaged and made me feel great. She suggested dresses I wouldn t have picked out that looked amazing on me. 10/10 staff, 10/10 selection, 10/10 atmosphere and 10/10 user friendly layout. Totally reccomend!

Wonderful experience picking out my wedding dress at Brickhouse! Paris helped me and was very knowledgeable and knew right away what I wanted!

I met with Jessica there to find my wedding dress and had a fantastic experience. She was conscientious of my budget, and never tried to pressure me into trying anything on I couldn't afford. She was enthusiastic and gave me her honest and polite opinion if she felt something was not working for me as well as it could. I was nervous but she made it a great experience.

Thank you ladies for making my daughter's wedding gown selection so much fun and such a wonderful experience. Megan's wedding was last Saturday night and endless comments of her beautiful wedding gown. Of course, we mentioned Brickhouse Bridal was the best! Thank you again!

Unfortunately I had a terrible bridal consultant. Prior to coming to Brickhouse Bridal, I tried on dresses at Weddings by Debbie and Davids Bridal, but was unable to find anything I loved. My consultant knew this. After trying on a few dresses, I finally found one that I really liked. I wasn't ready to 100% commit to this dress, and had a few more pulled to try on, so I requested to try on the others. The consultant was very irritated by this and asked "Are you here to buy a wedding dress, or are you here just because you want to try on pretty gowns?" She was very pushy and made me feel like I was wasting her time.

I came back later that day, tried on the dress I loved with a different consultant (who was very sweet and understanding) and purchased the dress at that time.

A coworker of mine recently went shopping here with a friend, and as I described my experience she instantly knew which consultant I was talking about. Unfortunately she had the same woman and had a similar experience, and left without purchasing a gown.

Overall, Brickhouse Bridal has a beautiful selection of wedding gowns. The store is very pretty, with plenty of chairs and mirrors available. The majority of the ladies that work there are very kind, helpful, and friendly.

The sales associates were helpful and kind. They also were very quick to let me know when my dress had arrived.

If you have to go to this place, do not go on the weekends, and personally I found places I liked better. That is the short review.
Here is what happened...
I booked this appointment for a Saturday because I had squeeze into my schedule and my time select a dress was some what limited. A common situation I'm sure. Anyway, I get there and it is a very pretty place with lots of lovely mirrors, chandeliers, and expensive dresses. So far so good, then they tell me that we will be sharing our little dress viewing area with another group. At first we were okay with this because we know how to share, ya know, like any functioning adult should. But it turns out the other group did not know how to share and viewed our presence as an invasion of their space. Which to be fair, it was, but this invasion of their space was not our fault but instead the people who run this place. These people refused to scoot over and let my party sit down, they made faces at me while I tried on my dress, and they physically blocked me from looking in the mirror when the other bride was still putting on her dress in the dressing room. OK, so far it is really just an issue of bad planning on the part of Brickhouse and rude customers, but it gets worse. So I tried to move to another mirror that was not currently occupied and was shooed away because a more "important bride" was on her way out to that mirror. Seriously? Clearly I was not a bride worthy of any decent customer service. So we went back to the other viewing area and that bride was done trying on dresses by that point. But wait, she saw me trying on jewelry with my dress and decided she needed to do that too. So she and her whole party were allowed to get in front of us and physically block me from the viewing area again even though they told us their appointment was over. Nice. In my opinion this situation should have never arisen, and this was really a scheduling issue mixed with greed and poor customer management on behalf of Brickhouse.
Other than a very hostile shopping experience, I noticed that I saw the same or very similar dresses costing much more at Brickhouse and their sale staff is pushy. Saying you do not care for a dress is not good enough, you must explain why. Now, I know that explaining what you don't like helps them find dresses for you, but when it comes across as near frantic and desperate to make a sale, then its a bit uncomfortable.
Also, make sure you show up otherwise they will charge you, just like a doctor's office.

I had a great experience here! The staff is very welcoming and the decor is fabulous. You really feel like royalty. Their pricing is a what you would expect in the woodlands, but you can't beat the selection. The staff is very positive and help you to feel comfortable in everything you try on.

Great store and I would definitely recommend this store! I shopped at about 5 other stores looking for a dress with sleeves, lace, and sparkle and I found it here. My dress was gorgeous. It was extremely unique and I received so many compliments. When I asked about changes I wanted to make to the dress they knew exactly what could be done and the price.

Brickhouse Bridal made for a very smooth and stress-free dress purchase. i had a sweet and knowledgeable consultant, plenty of time to try on their nice selection of dresses and designers, reliable estimates on what size to order and when my dress would arrive. I absolutely love my dress and can't wait to get married in two weeks!

I shopped Brickhouse bridal for my own wedding and when my sister-in-law was gettimg married. First, I found their staff to be so incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Second, not only did they have a beautiful selection of bridal gowns, they had a decent sized selection my mother or the bride and bridesmaid dresses. Their assortment of bridal accessories was great, too.

The staff is great! They helped me choose my gorgeous dress and didn't pressure me at all. I was able to take my time, left the store and was able to come back and try on the dress again before I made my purchase. They have great choices and the quality of the dresses are amazing. I got so many compliments on my wedding gown.

Purchased my dream dress a few months ago and Jessica was so amazing to work with! I was a little skeptical about picking the dresses myself, as its hard to see what a dress looks like on the hanger, but it worked out perfectly. The very first dress I tried on was the one I chose, but was nervous to "love it" because I wanted to see what else we had picked out. Jessica helped me visualize what the dresses would actually look like because I am so little and the samples are huge so they had to be pinned quite a bit. I cannot wait to get my dress back and would recommend BHB every single time!

I just had my appt this morning with Paris and she was SO lovely. My parents and I were totally blown away by the selection and quality of gowns at this boutique. I highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal for any and all brides who are looking for a gown that will show stop on your big day!

I liked every dress I tried on, it was insanely easy to find a dress in this store. Got my bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress here, loved them all. You get a 10% discount if you get your wedding dress on your first appointment, then your bridesmaids get a 10% discount if you got your wedding dress there.

This salon is by far the best experience I've ever had in retail. My stylists name was Sarah. She was so patient, and heard my needs through everything I was, or wasn't saying to her. I tried on several gown I picked or my bridesmaids picked, and at the end of it all we chose the dress she put together for me over all the other ones we were fawning over. She understood my needs for a lightweight dress, that was still elegant and fitting to my body type. Absolutely honest, and an amazing help in finding accessories as well.

Very Pricey! If you are working on a budget you won't be here.

The moment we stepped in we felt so welcomed and the shop is really elegant. I had Paris as my bridal attendant and she was AMAZING to work with. I can not say enough good things about my experience here. It was clean and spacious. All the dresses were easy to find and categorized by style and designer.

The selection they have really blew me away. I am having a hard time trying to decide because I liked so many. This shop allowed me to try on as many as I wanted with both my wedding party and I enjoying the experience of picking them out!

Paris really listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow down my selection. She was suggestive without being pushy and came across extremely genuine. I will be making my final decision with Brickhouse Bridal!

I can't remember the name of the stylist who helped me, but she was wonderful! She caught onto my sense of style very quickly and actually ended up picking a few dresses for me to try (one of which was THE dress). Overall, my whole experience there was great. No complaints! Can't wait for my dress to come in!

This experience was by far the best I had while shopping for a wedding dress. The dresses are spread out and easy to see. Jessica Babalola was incredible. She knew things I hadn't even thought about. She was very detailed oriented and knew the perfect dress for me. I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal to anyone in the Houston area looking for a top class experience.

I will forever regret purchasing my gown from Brickhouse Bridal. The experience was less than magical and they ordered my custom gown in a size too small.
They have offered no solution so I am having it altered on my own. They are supposed to be the experts so it s unfortunate I ve ended up in this situation.
I did, however, have a wonderful experience at Unbridaled and Lovely Bride.

I cannot say enough about this place! I have been to just about every bridal shop around. I am a very self conscious person and am very picky. I went in and had in mind what I wanted and was determined to find it. Jackie was my stylist. I told her what I was looking for and she basically said I needed the opposite. Of course, I thought she was crazy! But let me tell you, she knows what she is doing! I CANNOT wait for my dress to come in. I never thought I would actually love my body in a wedding gown, but she put me in the most amazing Stella York gown and I did not want to take it off. She was very good about staying within my budget and was not pushy about putting me in something expensive. Even though I live a good distance away, it was the best decision I made to go to Brickhouse Bridal. God forbid I get married a third time, but if I do, I will be back to Brickhouse!

I had a great experience! I went one morning by myself after a 13 hour shift of work and they were so sweet and helpful! I wasn't able to have family with me because I had moved here from out of state. So they helped give me opinions and helped me use Hang outs to video in friends and family. I found the perfect dress and couldn't have been happier. From start to finish it was great!

They have an awesome selection of dresses and designers.

Jessica, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, patience and honesty. Picking out my dress was one of the hardest decisions i had to make for our wedding and your thoughts about my dress and professionalism you had really helped me make my decision. I just want you to know that a huge reason I came back to the store was because of you and the note you sent out after helping me the first time (the hand written note is something that set you apart from the other, and I plan to put your sweet note in my wedding album). Thank you again for all your time and hard work. I really felt like a princess in my dress!

The priority of this place is just sell. People very nice and accommodating till you purchase and sign their contract.They don't care about anything else and you will discover it if you will buy on of their dresses and there will be something wrong.
There are plenty of better place in Houston to find the dress you always dreamed.

I said yaaaass to the drassss here. In a era of bridal style where the trend is lace, I was extremely limited in my choices when trying to find a dress with a clean design made of dupioni or silk mikado. I found my dress here, left to shop around only to find 2-3 other options. Ultimately, came back to Brickhouse because the price was right AND it fit like a glove.

Had an amazing appointment with Jackie! She was just perfect. The dress selection was oh my gosh large and at first a bit overwhelming, but after taking a look at some of the dresses I picked out Jackie knew my exact style! It was an amazing time. Oh yeah, I said yes to the dress!

I had a great experience at Brickhouse. I had plenty of time to try on as many dresses as I liked in the store and even found the perfect dress that first time. They were very helpful with opinions, without overstepping bounds. I would definitely recommend them to people that want to full bridal experience.

I love the ambiance of this bridal salon compared to some of the others I have visited. The consultant was uber helpful and knew exactly what I was going for. Needless to say, this was my first and last stop... I bought my gown and accessories from them. I would say that their prices are reasonable compared to others who don't have a more appealing storefront. Visit the place, you just might find the perfect dress for you. I suggest that you go early, 6-12 months before your wedding so they can order the dress that perfectly fits you.

We just went into Brickhouse Bridal for my first wedding dress shopping adventure and I'm so glad I did! It was during a trunk show for Watters and I fell in love with a particularly feminine and bohemian piece of the upcoming Fall collection. Everyone was extremely professional, attentive, forthcoming and wholly focused on helping me find a dress in which I felt comfortable and beautiful. I also got a chance to meet the lovely designer. The showroom is expansive and the dresses are all very beautiful. For me, the staff was a HUGE asset since I'm very petite and have a hard time finding formal clothes that fit properly. Everyone is highly knowledgeable on the options that best fit various body types, settings, etc. while maintaining a superb sense of your personal fashion predilections.

I'd highly recommend visiting Brickhouse Bridal, especially for future Mrs who are very choosy and those who simply value an excellent wedding dress shopping experience.

Rather than telling me how wonderful I looked and trying to sell me on a dress, she made sure to assess my likes and dislikes on each gown and she knew exactly what my preferences were after the first couple of gowns I tried. I cant say enough wonderful things about this shop! There are so many gorgeous dresses for every style! They have such an eye for detail and care about you and your bridal party so much! When I went in to try on dresses the only thing I knew was that I wanted straps. They were so patient and helped me find my dream dress! Once my dress came in, I went to pick it up and they told me my belt that I had ordered didn't match their quality standards so they were ordering me a new one!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I recommend it to everyone!!

I went here because they carried the Watters brand. I got my dress there because of their great service and I wish I remembered the lady who helped us. She was great and I was able to describe my wedding and she pulled extra dresses I would not have normally pulled for me. She went out of her way to take different pieces of other dresses to put together to help me see the perfect dress for me.

I had the most wonderful experience at Brickhouse Bridal finding my wedding dress. It was a beautiful store, had an excellent ambiance and stellar customer service. My consultant was A'isha Rayo and I cannot say enough great things about her, I would highly recommend her for any of your bridal needs. To top it all off I found the perfect dress.

My experience with Brickhouse Bridal was beyond perfect. The staff was helpful, friendly and not pushy at all! They made my family and I comfortable to shop around and supported our decision to go home and contemplate the gown we selected prior to purchasing.

The following day I returned to purchase my gown and I was able to still apply an available discount. The sales associate/consultant was super sweet and ensured I made the correct choice regarding the dress size. Subsequently, I will only need minimal alterations because she guided me correctly through this process. I was very scared the dress would not fit properly, but it looks great.

My gown also arrived one month before it was originally scheduled to be ready. This helped me immensely because my wedding will be overseas and I cannot afford any delays.

I bought my wedding gown at Brickhouse Bridal this past weekend and loved my entire experience. The dresses are fabulous and the staff is wonderful!! Thanks for making my wedding gown purchase so easy!!

I purchased my dress at Brickhouse Bridal for my wedding. I live in Seattle and had my wedding in Seattle, but my parents live in The Woodlands and I wanted to shop with my mom...so Brickhouse was the obvious choice! Our consultant was Casey and she was FANTASTIC. I came prepared with a few styles I was interested in, and knew that I wanted 3/4 length sleeves...which isn't an easy request. Casey was so kind and easy to work with and instantly made me feel comfortable. After trying on all the styles I came with, I wasn't loving anything. Casey found a strapless dress by Watters that I instantly loved and a lace bolero that made it long sleeved! It was exactly what I pictured and I wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for her. We bought it that day, and I canceled all my other bridal appointments! I picked the dress up the next time I was in Texas and was so happy with it! I got so many compliments and recommend Brickhouse to anyone who asks!

This bridal salon is amazing. This was the second place we went to when going to try on wedding dresses and I had a bad experience at the previous one. They completely turned it around for us. Really welcoming and made me feel special. I found my dress here and it was absolutely beautiful. Great quality and it came in actually earlier than expected. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here which were absolutely beautiful and made my bridesmaids look stunning. I even recommended one of my close friends go here and she found her dress as well. Definitely try them out!

This is the only place I tried on dresses. The girls that work there are so knowledgeable and great at finding what will look flattering on your body type. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience with them! I had so many compliments on my dress and I loved everything about it! I would highly recommend shopping here!

Horrible experience!!!!!! I went for the first time in December and tried a few dresses but didn't find the right one. The lady helping me who was very helpful asked me to come back in January when they were having a trunk show for one of the designers that I liked. I, of course made the appointment to come back and to be helped by the same girl who was helping me the first time. However, when I showed up she wasn't there and they had me with another bridal specialist--mistake #1. We tried on quite a few dresses and picked the one. Since it was part of a trunk show they said it would take about 9 months to come in. Fast forward 9 months and I go to get the dress mind you my mother (who lives 5 hours away ) came to see the dress for the first time. The lady handed me the dress and it wasn't the correct dress--mistake #2. They first tried to tell me that that was the one I ordered and then turned the blame on the designer. They claimed the designer changed the cut of the dress and just sent that one (very unbelievable). Luckily, my wedding was still 3 months away but I had bridal portraits scheduled in one month. I told them the urgency of the dress and that I was worried that when the dress did arrive I would have to rush my alterations they assured me that would not be the case and if it was they would compensate me. I was sick to my stomach and wanted to leave right then an there but I gave them a second chance-mistake #3. I even purchased my veil that day because that had to be shipped in as well-mistake #4. I should not have given them anymore of my money. Three weeks later my dress arrived and it was the original one. I then asked at the time of pick up the status of my veil, the pictures were in less then 2 weeks at this point. The girl working told me she would call about the veil and get right back to me. No call. A week goes by and I call them to ask the status. The girl answers the phone and says yes it's here. I asked why I was not contacted about it as soon as it arrived and she had no answer for me. I have now picked up my dress from the alterations and I was charged an extra $100 rush fee which I was not surprised by with the time line I had. I called the manager to let her know and she has not yet given me an answer as to how they will repay that alterations charge. They gave me a list of alterations they suggested and I contacted two neither of which could fit me in in such a short time line. It is EXTREMELY disappointing how they could treat a client who is spending thousands of dollars on such an important dress. They have no consideration or remorse for the headache they have caused me. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and Brickhouse Bridal made it way worse. I would never recommend this store to anyone again.

My bridal experience was more amazing than I could ve ever imagined. Paris helped me when my dress came in and was super helpful and so kind to everyone with me. Best bridal shop I went in the Houston area. I have to say, after trying over 20 dresses, i was coming a little disappointed and kind of worried when i stepped into the store. The way they treat you from the moment you arrive made a huge difference from the get go. They let you be, walk around, see all their dresses and put a pin on what you want to try. They also give you plenty of space when you try the dresses, the ladies don t go into the dressing room with you which made a huge difference with my awkward self. But i think the best part of this whole experience was having a great sales lady, Casey. She was great at guiding me and making me feel comfortable. Also, gave me that wow factor with my favorite one which led me to my dream dress. Couldn t feel more happy i came here! Thank you Brickhouse bridal!

I just bought my dress from here and it was great. Yvette helped me, she made it really easy. I brought pictures of what I thought I wanted and she knew what to get me from there. She was able to calm me down from being overwhelmed and I made a great choice. And it was actually cheaper than I was told their price range was so that was a good bonus.

I loved working with the staff. My consultant was perfect. I knew the silhouette and neckline I wanted. I went through and picked some out. I was trying some on and she had gone to get another one that she thought of which had just come in a few days before. I put it on and immediately fell in love. It was THE dress for sure. I got my veils and some of my jewelry there as well.

Going to Brickhouse Bridal was an amazing experience! I thought I would have to go to multiple bridal salons before finding 'the dress,' but I didn't have to! Brickhouse had so many selections of dresses to choose from and an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable staff; I didn't have to shop anywhere else. The woman helping me kept my budget and style in mind. In addition to the dresses I selected to try on, she found a few others in my style, one of which I ended up choosing. The 90 minute appointment was the perfect amount of time for me to try on many dresses, and try on my ultimate pick multiple times. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My only daughter got married this weekend and I wanted to make sure she had the best experience possible w&.
I was told Brickhouse Bridal could provide that. We made an appointment. There were seven ladies total at the appointment.
Found the perfect dress and JACQUELINE STATOM
was precious. Every thing you would want in a consultant to have the best experience. We came up with sleeves for the dress and the dress was exquisite as was the bride.
When we picked up the dress just 2 weeks prior to wedding. (Bride lives in Canyon Lake) we, as in all 7 of us heard the sleeves would be on the dress. Needless to say we were shocked. There was zero apology from the "manager" for the devastating news. All of us understood the same thing so.....perhaps ya dropped the ball in the communication department. The manager offered zero apology and cared very little and was rude!!!. The consultant (different from the original was incredibly comforting and apologetic ) They offered $200 off of the veil that was not worth $100. All tool with a tiny detail to hide seam and a cheap comb. So $250 for a plain , not pretty veil. They sent us to a seamstress that we were told would be very reasonable. $600 for the hem and bustles that we we were told came with the dress. The lace that they so generously gave us for the dress was not enough. After well over $4000 dollars, dress was beautiful as it should be but I would not go there again. Oh, we were told that we should have never been sold that dress with the time we had. "Not my job to know that major detail

This was my first ever experience and actually didn t even feel the need to check out dresses elsewhere because of the service these guys gave me from start to finish! I m so excited for my big day! The process was so easy and I found the dress of my dreams!

Such a peaceful boutique! Sort of hard to miss if you aren't paying attention but it's in a nice location. Everyone was really helpful and made me feel comfortable, which is very helpful when trying dresses on for the first time. They have accessories that other salons dont carry. I'm sold on wearing a cape for my big day and it was sort of surprising how many places dont carry them. Fortunately, Brickhouse isn't one of those. Their prices also seem to be hundreds less than other boutiques that carry the same dresses, which was interesting to me, but makes me feel that they're a bit more genuine. They weren't money grabbing salesmen and are still answering the thousands of questions I have. You won't regret giving them a visit!

My consultant was so helpful with picking out things for me to try that were exactly my taste. I ultimately ended up buying one of her suggestions! The people I brought with me had a great time and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. You get your own seating area for the duration of the appointment and the dress selection is huge. I recommended it to a friend and she got her dress here too!

I am rating this higher just because of the ascetics of the store. That is the only salvaging point of it. They do have a spectacular selection for the bride and party but their attitudes are far from. Right when I walked in the door there where 5 women behind the counter sitting there. Not a one created me or my party. I had to initiate the conversation letting them know that I have an appointment for that time. They then have me 5 clips and told me to look around and clip what I like. I had 7 dresses I really liked. My planner went to ask for two more clips and they shot her down. They said no we are out when they clearly had 3 bags on the counter. After moving around for 30 minutes waiting for my appointment to begin is finally greeted by my consultant. She hurded us into our area like sheep. I wanted to tell her about my price point and style for my wedding. She shot me down," no I can get the gist by what you clipped." She put me in one of the dresses I slept first then from there she started pulling what she liked. I asked if I could keep looking at what I picked and she told me no that these were better. All the ones she showed me were double my budget. We really liked one that my mom pulled from a designer the lady was showing me. The designer was out of budget from the start but we liked the dress. We asked her about price and that is when it could not have gone any farther south. She became a used car salesman. "This is the price and it is today only" when we said we would be back she not taking that and she kept on with her sales pitch. We ended up at Mia in river oaks as our last stop and they treated me as a bride and made the experience feel like a party. It was great and well I tripped my budget by our own choice not by them but it was totally worth it.

DO NOT BUY THE WEDDING PRESERVATION KIT FROM BRICKHOUSE BRIDAL. I bought my dress from Brickhouse bridal and the experience itself was fine. However, i subsequently bought the $200+ wedding gown preservation kit that is sent to Memories Preservation in Houston and that company lost my gown and veil. Memories Preservation was a nightmare to deal with and I am highly suspicious of the events that took place and the lack of ethics by this company. I contacted Brickhouse Bridal to let them know of the events and see if they could do anything to help but got zero assistance. I had to follow up numerous times with Memories Preservation by email and phone to get an update on where my dress was in the process of being preserved to eventually be told it was misplaced and they would just issue me a claims check like it was no big deal. The claims check was for 1/3 of the price of the dress and veil, didn't cover the cost of the service and took over 6 months to receive. It wasn't until I contacted my lawyer and notified the company that I would take them to small claims court if I wasn't reimbursed for the amount agreed to, that I finally got the check. To top it off, the check was for less than what was agreed. When I asked for the remaining amount, they requested that I provide them with my credit card number and they would credit my card. Not only was I not comfortable providing my credit card to a company that lacked ethics and competence, but it is not the form in which I paid for the services to begin with!!! Out thousands of dollars and a lifetime of memories. SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS and find someone one else to preserve your dress. Also, below is a photo of my dress. If you have it, I would love to get it back.
