Always an excellent experience. Once again Giaccamo was wonderful to us in purchasing the right king size bed. He s always knowledgeable and takes his time. He gets and A plus from us.

Shelly was super helpful and generous with her time. She was incredibly knowledgeable. We are so happy we chose Bob s and that Shelly was our salesperson. We will return for any future furniture needs.

I came in to buy some new sofas and was greeted at the door by Josh. From the very beginning of our encounter he made my fam and i feel completely welcome. This gentleman is the definition of great service. Please come in and have a wonderful experience at the Newington location.

The coffee table came with damaged leg and called to report and to return. They tried everything but to return table. And finally they accepted it back, I was waiting for my refund two weeks after Table was delivered. It never happened than my wife called and that day they told her ohh... it has been just processed today.
So if we didn't call and looking for our money back they would keep our refund. No more deal with this furniture store!

Stephen has been in this business for 20 years at the same location! His expertise and experience surpass top notch service and skill. We are so excited to get our new mattress soon! Stephen had the answers to so many of our questions and he left us feeling as though we were very special customers and leaving the store; knowing we will be customers for life! Dealing with Bob's was a terrible experience, specifically the delivery. I went to this Bob's pretty set on the mattress I wanted and spoke to a saleswoman who was nice enough and helpful enough, incredibly and almost impressively slow though but she was polite so it was okay. She set up delivery for me on the following Tuesday and I said great.

I got the confirmation call on Monday and tracked the shipment Tuesday during the day and it was set for a little after 1pm. Then around noon someone from bob's called to say oops we didn't put your mattress on the truck, just all the others. And they offered delivery on Friday or NEXT WEEK. The woman on the phone was nice and polite so I say sure Friday. Then a few hours later another woman calls to say that the truck is outside my building. So i tell her what happened, and she says oops false alarm.

So now its Friday. I got my confirmation call yesterday, been tracking online all day just to discover that it is the internet's most inaccurate tracker since while the screen says 4:19pm I get a call at 12:40 saying they will be there in 40 min. So I run home from work and I get there and I'm waiting and they call and say theyre outside. I told her I needed 3 min to let them in and the lady on the phone said less than 5 min? sure, they will wait. About 2 min later the deliver guys call and say oh we decided to go to lunch... For an hour... I say no, I am here, bobs said you were here. Nope theyre just gonna eat lunch. I called the bob's delivery number and they said that the delivery guys get to take a lunch (as if that was my issue) and they can't control when. I said that it's ridiculous that they take a lunch after the bob's person tells me to go let them in the door. The woman on the phone does not care, so now i sit around like a dummy for a full hour for the delivery guys to show up just to watch them literally toss my mattress off the truck and then try to shove it into an elevator that is sized for one peson, not a full size mattress. And then listen to them complain about bringing it upstairs.

So, I will never be having anything delivered from bob's again. That was awful.

Antonio was great! Was very patient as we tried out every sofa in the store. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely. We would definitely buy from him again.

I will never, ever buy anything from Bob's again. The worst customer service ever at Bobs. They delivered a faulty medical bed to my mom. Didn't work at all but refused to take it out and left her with this broken bed. After calling, very distraught was told technician might come out today. No word and good luck getting a human on the phone! We have learned a lesson, it is discount furniture for a reason. Buyer beware!!

The pit is the place to go for great value. And we found a nice living room center piece to go perfect with the new sofa la we purchased at the store on berlin turnpike.

Our sales representative Corrie was exceptional. She identified what we needed - showed us some great sectionals - and we purchased a sectional same day from Corrie. My wife and I take our time on big purchases and Corrie was extremely patient and helpful.

Came here last weekend and Antonio was really helpful. He was patient with me. I will definitely be looking for him for my future purchases.

The Sale's Associate, Vilmarie, provided me with great service. Overall, this store offered a comfortable environment to freely explore and choose furniture to my liking. At no point did I feel pressured to buy furniture, although I can't say the same about the additional insurance plan, mentioned more than once. Perhaps a pamphlet to take home and review should have been provided. What may deter me from future purchases here are the steep prices for delivery. Although there were different options available for delivery (none for free), a free store pickup choice would be great to have.

First visit: I visited the Bob's Discount Furniture store in Newington, to shop for a new bed for my son. During my visit I worked with Ron Nystrom to find the perfect solution to meet my son's needs. I found Ron to be professional and extremely helpful during my entire shopping experience and because of him I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy and furniture for my home. Compared to the Manchester Bob's (or any retail store), their customer service sucks! I ordered living room & bedroom furniture online. The bedroom order was handled by Manchester store, the living room by Newington store. Manchester called right away and arranged delivery and has been keeping me up-to-date. Newington never called until I sent an email to complain. They arranged delivery for the same day as bedroom furniture but I never received follow-up calls to tell me what time of day to expect them. My bedroom set is due momentarily - who the heck knows when my living room is set to arrive.

I made the mistake of taking a sales person's card, so she is getting a commission and, so far, I have getting nothing!

Great experience buying a couch st the newington Bob furniture store. No high pressure sales pitch- just the info I needed. On time delivery- very professional and couteous.

I had a great experience with Josh while my wife and I picked out our new bedroom set. He was attentive while giving us space to decide. We noticed that he was also working with other customers at the same time and did a great job balancing and communicating the status of our purchase. He was very clear in explaining the warranty, delivery and everything else we needed to know regarding our purchase. I worked with some other sales associates for other furniture items and also had a great experience with Justin. Overall, we enjoy our experience at Bobs in Newington.

Justin the salesman had shown my wife a few sets of furniture the previous day. The next day we went together to show me the sets she was interested in, Justin greeted us and asked if we needed help. My wife eventually settled on a set, Justin arranged delivery for us and completed the sale for us in a no pressure atmosphere, needless to say we left very pleased.

I took my son and his girlfriend to purchase furniture, and Shelly was extremely helpful! She didn t pressure anybody to hurry up or make a choice, even though we had arrived an hour before closing. I will definitely keep her card and visit again!

I had a terrible time trying to get someone to help me while trying to inquire as to where the sheet set I had orded when I placed my order for a twin Bobopedic. I made several phone calls with absolutely no response or results until today. I call the Newington store where usually shop when we need something new. Today Shaniqua and she was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find out where my sheet set was. She went the extra mile for me and found my tracking number and found out when my sheets will be delivered. Kudos to Shaniqua for her AMAZING Customer Service. Thank you Shaniqua!

Ron Nystrom was absolutely wonderful. Our old bed was ruined from moving in the snow and we have been sleeping on a blow up mattress. Ron sold us an adjustable duel bob o pedic and I cannot wait until it arrives. Ask for Ron if you EVER go to bobs furnature in Newington on the Berlin turnpike. You will NOT be disappointed. He knew literally everything about beds and sleeping. He even gave my boyfriend tips on where to keep his wallet to help his posture! Very impressed I will go back if I ever want pillows or furniture.

Lee Belton was extremely helpful in our purchase of a dinning table. He provided a plethora of information about the product including when and how it would arrive as well as all of the options available. We originally weren t interested in some add-ons like the goof protection plan, but the manager overheard and gave us some examples of its use. Ysee tables with the leaf in the middle are cut out of the original table, meaning it can t be replaced and requires expert repair which can be very expensive. The protection plan alleviates this And we are very grateful it was included in our talk.

Overall extremely positive experience and I look forward to speaking with Lee and his associates again !

Bob's in Newington is awesome. I don't have a Bob's near me so this is the one I shop from... by phone! I stopped by once when visiting friends about a year ago. They were so nice and smart that I've now shopped here three times over the phone! It's better than online , because they answer my many questions. And they actually did open a Bob's on 116th Street, but they don't answer the phone and they aren't near the subway. The staff at Newington really know their products and they care. So thanks Bob's of Newington!

My father and I went to the Newington store and were lucky enough to get Ron as our sales representative. Ron was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond what we would have ever expected. Never buying anything here again . How can you just deliver half a bedroom set because your representatives cannot do their job . Why not just have everything together ? And this is my third time re scheduling my order , if I do not get it I want a refund because waiting 4 weeks is ridiculous. Neither the manager or the staff could do their job . Still waiting and hopefully I get it by the next time .

Debbie was great to work with, she explained the purchase and delivery process carefully. I suggest that if you find something you really like while you re there, go ahead and order it as the items sell fast.

DO NOT BUY from this store. Worst customer service ever. They just fool you under the name of goof proof. The furniture just looks good but does not even last for a year even with gentle use. Between them and Guradian, they do not want to fix any of your issues. Complete waste of money and time.

Justin was so courteous and professional with helping us purchase a new mattress and boxspring for our 9 year old son. He answered questions of all sorts from us adults and the lucky child recipient of the bed. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from mattresses to covers to warranties to delivery and removal fees. He did not pressure us or follow us around but was always available to answer questions that we had. Very pleased with Justin's assistance!

This is probably our favorite stores to get furniture. Needed a new Living Room set and found the perfect set at a great price. Have to give kudos to Judy Laguardia, who helped us find set that looks great in our home. Love the attention, service and bargains at the Newington store.

I had a fantastic experience. I liked that the seller didn't tried to put on my back something I couldn't afford just so he could make his sale. If you need a great seller just look for Giacomo Fiore, his is fun, nice and will respect your budget if you let him know what you need.

I have recieved they worse treatment from Katie from acceptances now she always comes and says she can not give you the balances of your account until you make a payment she always gives you attitude like you did soemthing to her. She is the worse customer service rep I have ever in counter this is not the first time I use acceptances now but it is definitely looking like is my last time using ill be using their services.
