The Sale's Associate, Vilmarie, provided me with great service. Overall, this store offered a comfortable environment to freely explore and choose furniture to my liking. At no point did I feel pressured to buy furniture, although I can't say the same about the additional insurance plan, mentioned more than once. Perhaps a pamphlet to take home and review should have been provided. What may deter me from future purchases here are the steep prices for delivery. Although there were different options available for delivery (none for free), a free store pickup choice would be great to have.
