Clean with good views. Convenient to transport to the airport. You might check inn earlier than 3:00pm.

Great service in the executive lounge, breakfast was great! Rooms were a little disappointing due to the bed size. Two full size beds...Really. made the stay very uncomfortable for the night after a long day of Volleyball Tournaments.

Great staff, great rooms. Amazing views! If staying for the airport is prime location, only a few moments commute and totally worth it. It has the san fransisco bike trail behind it as well as incredible views of the bay. I loved my time here

Rooms are a bit dated. Common areas very well decorated, modern. . No microwave in rooms

Visited a relative who was staying at the Hilton. Lobby and staff were wonderful. Room was clean and spacious.

Relatively close to SFO airport and fine for a quick stop over.

I booked a king bed room. Once I arrived they said they had an upgrade available to an executive room but it would have two double beds. I said I would just prefer the king bed. They proceeded to tell me all of their king beds were taken. The desk receptionist covered her deception poorly. They gave me free parking for my inconvenience. The room was below average for other Hilton hotels I've stayed at.

Quite expensive but no free WiFi in room and you'll have to pay extra for breakfast. Room was clean.

Nice Hotel. About a 50% shot of the vending machines working on the floor your on. English was not the 1st language of the majority of the staff that helped us....hard to understand at times.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and the alarm went off twice in the middle of the night.

Stayed here for several nights on a business trip. I was in a very clean, recently remodeled room. Wifi service was decent. Front desk staff was very helpful. No free parking, but there is a complimentary shuttle to SFO. I'd stay here again.

Horrible customer Service and accommodations. FYI don t think what you book the room type size and accommodations will be what you get or they provide. The booking you made and paid for may not even be available when you get there as in my case. After 4 hrs of driving which has me arriving just after midnight they not only tell me the room I booked and paid for is not available nor are any of the other 5-6 additional rooms with the same Accommodations. Even though those additional rooms are available online and anybody could book them at that time. They told me even though you could book them they will not be available reason being they are not occupied they re being aired out. AIRED OUT ALL OF THEM. They offered a refund my response was ok but what am I suppose to do sleep in my car in your parking garage. Honest to god his answer was if that s what you wanna do you can no charge. For a minute I was looking around thinking I must be getting pranked or something. But no not the case at all believe it or not. They said regardless of what you book online when you get there they accommodate you with what they have not with what you booked unless that s available.

All around great, just that the airport shuttle stopped at other hotels like embassy suites and we all had to squeeze. The worst part was though, it was 4 in the morning!

High priced for what you get. No pool or spa. There is a fire pit feature in the courtyard, however sunset was at 8:45pm and the fire pits are turned off at 9pm..so you really can't enjoy them. It is a super basic room.The shower head kept falling on my head. The morning bartender to buy coffee from is super rude $4 for a black coffee, yikes. And the morning buffet is $20 a person, and parking was $25 a day. So at close to $400 for 2nights plus feeling nickel and dimed there is no way we would ever stay again. We were looking into becoming owners of a Hilton time share. Since this wasn't our first time at Hilton and we were trying out their honors program. I would rather just pay for anywhere else. I feel Hilton can't get it right.

NOT recommended!! Poor service NOT typical Hilton. Renovated but far from Hilton quality. Internet access was worst experience!!! Even you pay for it, barely working (reset every 30 minutes) Plus they charge you per device.

Great place to stay when your flight gets cancelled. They have a shuttle to the airport that is very prompt.

I wish it was a bit more updated but the staff is amazing. I'm here a lot, some beds are really worn in, need replacing. Great place to stay

The location was close to the water, and gives a very good view from the room. The rooms are very spacious, and the service is very good

Slightly older hotel but everything is in place and in great condition. Had a great view of city and bay. Lounge was well stocked and had great selections for breakfast and snacks.

I just had the scariest shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport. 75 miles an hour. I know this because I was sitting behind in nd driver and looked. Myself and another w ok man asked 3 times for the driver to slow down and he didnt. I had to call the hotel during the ride to have him call the driver horrendous!!!! When this guy gets in an accident with people on board it will be on Hilton

Great view. Clean room. Comfortable bed with tons of pillows. Can work in the room very easily. Temp of room was good. Nice staff. In building restaurant and bar so you don't have to leave but if you want to, there is a great restaurant just a few minutes walk outside (Kincaid). About 9 minutes by uber to get to the hotel or there is a bus stop right there.

Lunch was not very good chicken was very dry and rubbery

They own a parking structure. Built a parking structure. It's a controlled parking structure. However, they charge their patrons an exorbitant per day fee for its use. There are alterative parking options. JUST ADDED IT TO THE HONEST VALUE OF THE ROOM.

Didn't stay the night but just participated in a conference. Great space for large meetings, bar and restaurant are really reasonably priced. The food was really good. I would book here for future events.

OK hotel, air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy and didn't work very well. Otherwise I had everything I needed

The food and service was great all day long during the event, the place got a little bit stuffy during the afternoon but it was only for a little bit.

Clean hotel with many facilities and good service. Expensive restaurant.

I just had an amazing experience working with the team there. In particular a manager, John Kellites and two very helpful ladies in reservations. When I get overwhelmed I tend to talk fast and have trouble getting my concerns across. Even with that they were incredibly understanding and helpful!

I was almost in tears calling and left, feeling so appreciation. We will definitely stay there again!

Ok hotel and ok elite recognition. Though strangely need to pay for parking while other hotels in the area provides complimentary parking. Executive lounge evening offerings are with the minimal effort with rather pricy alcoholic beverages compare to other Hilton lounges in the US. What is strange too is that for a fill breakfast buffet you need to pay additional for waffles and pancakes. Looks like the property waters down things to get maximum profit. Internet connection and speed very flaky dropping often or very slow.

The worst customer service I have ever received. My reservation was made for the incorrect Hilton. All I wanted to do was move my reservation from one Hilton Hotel to another in the city and they would not allow me to do it. They of course patronized me the entire time by saying "we can reserve a room for you at the other hotel", however they were going to force me to pay for the room at the existing hotel. I guess I now know why I usually don't choose Hilton hotels.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. It's in a spot with a great view from the bay. Room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great. I ate at the restaurant twice and was not disappointed.

Excellent stay. One funny yet disgusting story had little to do with the hotel: There's this guy stayed in 1418 on May 19th. I saw him taking about 8 cans of soda each time from the executive lounge for 5 times, singlehandedly emptying the fridge. I mean who does that? So the guy would drink at least 40 cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Sprite just because he stole them from the hotel?

Great airport hotel, rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast was delicious and the airport shuttle is really comfortable. Thanks to Salomon for his amazing hospitality at the front desk. We had a really good time.

Nice place, friendly, helpful staff. Pretty good gym for a hotel. There isn't much nearby, but I guess that's what Lyft is for.

Nice hotel near the airport. Rooms are pretty standard. New TV's and comfortable beds. The restaurant is pretty good and much better than the restaurants at some of the other hotels around here that I've stayed at.

Clean facility with a nice bar and good food options. Extra points for room service being offered around the clock! The hotel is a bit dated and starting to show signs of its age however, the do a goof job of keeping it modern and clean.

Nice hotel, it's somewhat near to the airport, but a decent drive from San Francisco proper. Excellent and friendly staff and clean rooms. However lacking a little in amenities such as in room fridge or microwave, which is a downside being a bit far from most of the city.

Don t try to watch TV here about every 5- 10 minutes, it will go back to the Hilton Weclome screen. I called and maintenance or the engineer came to reset it. If anything, it happened more frequently vs fixing it. Very annoying and something I have not experienced at any hotel before at all.

Also, the internet keeps disconnecting from your phone when you re not active. I.e. every time I pick up the phone, it is no longer connected to the internet. Again, very annoying!

I still like the firm beds though!

Nice hotel, definitely clean but the rooms are a little dated. The restaurant had good food, but the atmosphere is not that great. The music played in the restaurant was terrible and mostly was frequented by people doing business. You are better off getting room service. I stayed on the 8th floor and it was very drafty. I could hear the wind through the windows and emergency doors my entire stay. The hotel has a gym and a pool as well. Overall, not a hotel I would choose for a romantic getaway but for a layover at the San Francisco airport it was fine.

Second time staying here, excellent customer service, great room service, food was very hot, i ordered the french toast and the lox and cream cheese were very fresh, parking is not cheap, but parking isnt free hardly anywhere anymore, close to freeways. Burlingame

Probably one of the most tired feeling Hilton property. Rooms have an old feel. Breakfast buffet has hardly anything. Avoidable.

The hotel is very large and has 900 rooms and it is really expressed in breakfast, huge queues that reduce the desire to eat. A family of 6 or above is recommended for large and tidy rooms. 2 huge beds, a sofa bed, a microwave and a small refrigerator. Fitness. Parking costs $ 30 per day so it is recommended to park Chinese around and book parking in advance through the parking application.

Everything is fine as long as you don't try to reach a manager... I've called at least 6 times and left multiple voice mails, 8 hours later I'm still waiting

Great hotel with a convenient shuttle service. The staff was gracious enough to check me in a little earlier than normal. The rooms were clean and fairly modern. The beds weren't the best but comfortable enough to sleep on. Thanks for the positive experience.

BEWARE. This place charges for luxury simply not delivered. The rooms are in need of remodeling, bathrooms need a face lift. The food at the bar was about as greasy as McDonalds so go eat at McDonalds before you arrive. The staff seemed to be very busy to really pay attention to our requests. The elevators need oiling, they sqeak/rattle . The TV remote doesnt work correctly. The HVAC system in the room takes a while to heat up the room. BEWARE , this HOTEL is a motel worth NO more than $80/night.

Stay here often. Comfortable, clean room. Enjoy food at both the restaurant downstairs and in the executive lounge. We stayed over New year's and the hotel was very busy, but staff was still pleasant and accommodating.

A very nice hotel near airport with free shuttle. Early check is possible if rooms are ready. That is a very nice and kind gesture which is much appreciated.

Klunky, just klunky. Noisy air conditioner, extra charges for parking, local calls, internet, and more. No cooler, front desk only responds to questions with a blank face and 'Hope you enjoy your stay' Lousy cheap office chair for desk. No plugs to be found on desktop
now on the other side. short walk to elevators from underground parking. nice view of planes landing,
the value is just not there for the much higher price. Holiday inn here I come.

I enjoyed my stay here. It has a great indoor pool, exercise room, the food at the restaurant are ok. The bed is very comfortable and It is so convenience to get back to the airport.

Rooms are average Hilton rooms and nice. The rumble from departing flights at SFO is noticable but not disruptive.

The lobby bar service at night was spectacularly slow. In fact it was part of the discussion of customers waiting for service.

The airport shuttle had two stops after the Hilton before the terminal. It was slightly late and you need to budget 20 minutes to get to the airport. It leaves every 20 minutes in the am.
