I have recieved they worse treatment from Katie from acceptances now she always comes and says she can not give you the balances of your account until you make a payment she always gives you attitude like you did soemthing to her. She is the worse customer service rep I have ever in counter this is not the first time I use acceptances now but it is definitely looking like is my last time using ill be using their services.
