Dealing with Bob's was a terrible experience, specifically the delivery. I went to this Bob's pretty set on the mattress I wanted and spoke to a saleswoman who was nice enough and helpful enough, incredibly and almost impressively slow though but she was polite so it was okay. She set up delivery for me on the following Tuesday and I said great.

I got the confirmation call on Monday and tracked the shipment Tuesday during the day and it was set for a little after 1pm. Then around noon someone from bob's called to say oops we didn't put your mattress on the truck, just all the others. And they offered delivery on Friday or NEXT WEEK. The woman on the phone was nice and polite so I say sure Friday. Then a few hours later another woman calls to say that the truck is outside my building. So i tell her what happened, and she says oops false alarm.

So now its Friday. I got my confirmation call yesterday, been tracking online all day just to discover that it is the internet's most inaccurate tracker since while the screen says 4:19pm I get a call at 12:40 saying they will be there in 40 min. So I run home from work and I get there and I'm waiting and they call and say theyre outside. I told her I needed 3 min to let them in and the lady on the phone said less than 5 min? sure, they will wait. About 2 min later the deliver guys call and say oh we decided to go to lunch... For an hour... I say no, I am here, bobs said you were here. Nope theyre just gonna eat lunch. I called the bob's delivery number and they said that the delivery guys get to take a lunch (as if that was my issue) and they can't control when. I said that it's ridiculous that they take a lunch after the bob's person tells me to go let them in the door. The woman on the phone does not care, so now i sit around like a dummy for a full hour for the delivery guys to show up just to watch them literally toss my mattress off the truck and then try to shove it into an elevator that is sized for one peson, not a full size mattress. And then listen to them complain about bringing it upstairs.

So, I will never be having anything delivered from bob's again. That was awful.
