I will never, ever buy anything from Bob's again. The worst customer service ever at Bobs. They delivered a faulty medical bed to my mom. Didn't work at all but refused to take it out and left her with this broken bed. After calling, very distraught was told technician might come out today. No word and good luck getting a human on the phone! We have learned a lesson, it is discount furniture for a reason. Buyer beware!!
