not happy at all dont buy unless your prepared to pay delivery they give you no choice its pick up in taftvill where ever that is or some other state sales man was sure to tell me about all the places I could pick up out of state like why mention it ? I'm going to drive to jersey or where ever he mentioned not the store. delivery fee should be the first thing mentioned. needless to say went to Raymore & Flanagan they had no problem taking my money oh and I can pick up in my local store yes I said locally not some other state or pay the 90 delivery charge thanks Bob's never again waste of my time

I took the day off from work and after receiving 2 different text message one hour apart stating my order is 10 minutes away, I was then called and told I needed to reschedule my delivery because the drivers made an attempt but no one answered not to mention my neighbors came to help me remove all furniture out the room because I'm 9 months pregnant
I definitely cancelled my order after that I would never buy any furniture again from here

We shopped here this past Sunday. Corrie Ryan greeted us upon entering. She was pleasant but not pushy. Once she introduced herself and gave us a brief explanation of how their pricing works she allowed us to shop around without interfering. We appreciated that so much once we found something we were interested in we went straight to her. Our experience with her was Great! Why the four stars you ask?? Because the Showroom is So Jam Packed you can barely move around in it. Also pieces of furniture that are supposed to be together are not! For example, we chose a living room package that came with certain tables. Well the tables were Not with the suggested furniture. Corrie found them all the way in the back of the store. In order for us to get a Visual of exactly what the package would look like together My Husband had to Carry the table all the way to where the sofa was!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Don t you think it makes More Sense to put Packages together?!!! I mean I understand there s not a lot of room, but at least if you put ONE of the tables with the Package being sold customers can get a better picture of how it will look in their homes.
This has been an excellent experience. The employees were absolutely exceptional and generous. I found a nice bed set that I was so satisfied with and I was so impressed of how quickly they got are order done.

Ron was an absolute savior today. We were torn between two different pieces of furniture because they both had features we liked. In the end, he found us furniture that was the best of both worlds AND saved us money. It was exactly what we needed. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! It's more than obvious to me that long term customers and customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I will be taking my 20 years of loyalty to a furniture store that cares.
Update. Because I truly wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves, after almost 3 weeks I finally get through to customer relations and get to a Manager to tell him about my horrible experience. His answer was an apology and that he will discount the purchase that has not yet been delivered. I said great, Thank you very much!! I finally feel like my business is appreciated. I asked what the discount would be. He said that he couldn't tell me. I had to sign for the full dollar amount, take delivery and then they would tell me what the discount would be??? It's been three weeks of being completely ignored by any type of manager and now I am offered a discount to be named later!!! This experience has been beyond ridiculous!!!

We went here looking to replace our 16 year old queen mattress. We got a super comfy firm queen mattress that, after taxes and shipping fees, was hundreds less than if we had purchased a similar mattress with a brand name. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable in our concerns and questions.

Ron Nystrom was extremely helpful. I had just had back surgery, and was looking for a mattress with 2 insane little boys (8 and 2), as well as just as crazy of a husband. He helped us get a mattress that removed all the pain from my back. That is a huge feet since my back has not stopped hurting in quite some time. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. This was my first time at Bob's and I went to Newington location. Josh, the salesperson is excellent. Great customer service. Gave me my space, no stalking, no pressure but very friendly and helpful. Shared good information and helped me to decide. Josh is extremely patience as I came back twice and spent hrs before deciding. I'm happy with what I found and purchased.
4 stars only because of Covid-19, the in stock inventory is limited, so delivery dates are pushed far out. I was looking for immediate delivery since I'm without any furniture. Not their fault, I guess this is our new normal for a while. I'm excited to receive all my new furniture. When it all arrives I'll post back about the delivery and condition.
