Wonderful place. Doctors are kind and efficienct. Staff is friendly. Great service. They accept all insurance. If you need help paying for your hearing aides they have services for that too!

I have been waiting 3 months to hear from them to set up an appointment to pick up hearing aids. I don't appreciate the lack of communication.

The center for hearing and speech helped my daughter tremendously! Zoey started going here when she was 3 for a speech delay. She saw Julia weekly for 30 minute sessions for about a year which she truly enjoyed! When she first started she could barely put any sentences together and now there s no comparison! She stopped therapy recently at the center for hearing and speech because she s getting thru her preschool 4 days a week an hour and 20 minutes each day. But I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Where I've gone as a child a few times to get my hearing tested and my hearing aids fitted. As an adult now it's a lot harder to get them but still an amazing facility and amazing audiologist that help and assist you to the best based on conditions and their availability. I give them the above and beyond stars and numbers

People who work there are truly dedicated to what they do. Always caring, always ready to answer all your questions. And I don't know another place in Saint Louis which can offer affordable hearing aids.

After my previous review, the executive director reached out to me directly and took full responsibility for everything that happened and resolved all of our previous issues.

At our first appointment for our daughter's speech evaluation her assigned therapist wasn't there and she was assigned to someone else. After that appointment we were told we would be called within a couple days to schedule her weekly therapy appointments. It took more than a week and multiple phone calls to the center to get this scheduled. During this time the receptionist staff was quite rude over the phone. We were told that they had to wait for a spot to open, which is the opposite of what we were told when we first decided to go to this facility.

At her first treatment appointment we recapped the written report that should have been sent to us but never was. The therapist really didn't do anything other than play some with our daughter and check her watch every couple of minutes. It seemed as though she didn't care to be there.

Then today they called to cancel her treatment only 3 hours prior to the appointment because the therapist wasn't going to be in.

Needless to say, this place doesn't seem to care about taking care of their clients.

This place is wonderful, they help people that wouldn't get help otherwise.

My wife just got her replacement hearing aid and they do a excellent job

They do a lot of good for a alot of people. They have financial aid programs to help you if you can't afford hearing aids.

Just picked up my new hearing aid and like it.
The staff are great people and are very friendly.
