Compared to the Manchester Bob's (or any retail store), their customer service sucks! I ordered living room & bedroom furniture online. The bedroom order was handled by Manchester store, the living room by Newington store. Manchester called right away and arranged delivery and has been keeping me up-to-date. Newington never called until I sent an email to complain. They arranged delivery for the same day as bedroom furniture but I never received follow-up calls to tell me what time of day to expect them. My bedroom set is due momentarily - who the heck knows when my living room is set to arrive.

I made the mistake of taking a sales person's card, so she is getting a commission and, so far, I have getting nothing!
