I had a terrible time trying to get someone to help me while trying to inquire as to where the sheet set I had orded when I placed my order for a twin Bobopedic. I made several phone calls with absolutely no response or results until today. I call the Newington store where usually shop when we need something new. Today Shaniqua and she was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find out where my sheet set was. She went the extra mile for me and found my tracking number and found out when my sheets will be delivered. Kudos to Shaniqua for her AMAZING Customer Service. Thank you Shaniqua!
