My husband and I had a truly amazing experience mattress shopping at Bob s store in Newington with our super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind and courteous sales associate, Stephen Horgan. Stephen has been in this business for 20 years at the same location! His expertise and experience surpass top notch service and skill. We are so excited to get our new mattress soon! Stephen had the answers to so many of our questions and he left us feeling as though we were very special customers and leaving the store; knowing we will be customers for life! Thanks to Stephen for this amazing shopping experience and we are so appreciative that he really took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for and meeting our needs. We are very picky and we are people that require much time and patience and Stephen definitely provided us with plenty of patience and spent as much necessary with us! We left the store feeling as though we got that phenomenal once in a lifetime store shopping experience! You will not be disappointed going to this store and asking for Stephen to assist you!
