Visited the showroom in Newington and was helped by Ron. Overall great experience. He was personable and patient with my different ideas. He ran back and forth to get me pillows from different pieces to mix and match. And when I came in to make a big change to my order, he couldn't have been more helpful.

The customer service that we received from Bob's in Newington was so amazing they kept calling and checking up on us to see how they could better get us our merchandise in this crazy time of this pandemic Judy is the best would definitely shop here again.

Justin was great. He did the utmost to help me out, was very friendly and the service was perfect .

Well, the price is great, the sales people are nice, but good luck getting the stuff you paid for complete, not broken, or not missing. What a nightmare. I bought over 5.5 thousand dollars worth of stuff and it took multiple deliveries for them to get it right. If you buy from here, good luck.

Bought a $1100 sofa from Bob s furniture in Berlin Turnpike. 36 months later, it started to develop stretch marks. I am very careful with how I use my furniture. I reached out to the warranty company (big big mistake and scam) it was a dead end. Long story short, they may have pleasant staffing, but don t expect the product to last more than three years..

EILEEN YOU ROCK! I had delivery issues and waited on the phone with customer service for a very long time, finally just decided to call the store I ordered from. Eileen answered and put me on the line with a customer service representative who also didn t help me, and had no interest in doing so. I ended my call with him and called Eileen back. She was upset i didn t receive the proper help and fixed my issue, located my merchandise and it s on it s way.

I just purchased a bedroom set from Justin at Bobs at the Newington Store. All I can say that Justin made shopping for my bedroom the easiest experience I ever had. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and did not push anything on me. Made a purchase a month ago. I went to many other stores but I chose bobs mainly because of my salesman Justin. Out of all the people I've dealt with Justin listened to my needs and didn't push me into anything. He was also impressingly knowledgeable in mattresses and lifestyle beds. Will always do business with him. Great store, great experience.

I d give Luis 10 stars if I could he was very pleasant to purchase from wasn t pushy he was down to earth wasn't on us harassing like other places I went to southington and did not buy because of it. Our sales rep was Corrie and she was awsome, she helped us with our selection and gave us our space so my wife and I can talk things over and make our own decision on we wanted, she is not a pushy sales person just trying to sell.

I never shopped at any bobs location came in to a great atmosphere many selections and great service I want to thank my sale associate Luis for demonstrating and helping me find the right set of mattress. I had very good experience with Luis salesperson from day 1 when I called store to today with my purchase. Never at once was he pushy listened to me and what I was looking for and my overall experience was awesome and would come back to Luis if I m needing anything else. Luis was very patient with me as it only took me 2 weeks get in to see him.

MY FIVE STARS ARE FOR SALES ASSOCIATE GIACOMA FIORE. BOB'S STORE ITSELF- NOT MUCH OF A FAN- however I was stuck with them because of a store credit after purchasing some crappy furniture. Giacoma, helped me pick out the best furniture that would not give me the same problems that I previously had. He was funny, knowledgeable, and patient. He didn't over talk, over sale, and was honest. If I am crazy enough to shop at Bob's again, it will only be with him.

When I walked inside Bob's I was greeted by a representative that was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

My husband and I saw a living room set back in February which we absolutely loved when it was time to place the order due to the covid 19 we had no choice to place the order online. When my husband saw the set I had ordered he was unsure if that was the living room set so we had to place the order on hold until the store in Newington Connecticut would open back up which we had no clue when it would it. To our surprise on May 13 I received a phone call from the manager Judy at that location, she went above and beyond to tell me where the sofa was located on the sales floor, took photos and sent them to my email and phone number. It was confirmed those were the sofas. She rescheduled my appointment to have it delivered and made sure we were happy. I can honestly say that's what you call a awesome manager and great customer service. I have been shopping at this location for years and I will continue too. Thanks again you made our day

Just got my bed delivered but no matress ordered the bed with matress back in novenber 2018 made payments faithfully until paid in full got the bed no matress now have to wait for the matress to come on the 5 th of next month have been sleeping on a sofa i bought from them last year have been sleeping on it since if it breaks i will get another sofa at jordans. Vert dissappointed in bobs i will do my business elsewhere

Went in just looking to see our options for a new matress. Ron greeted us right away and was great showing us all of the different mattresses they have. I'm usually easily annoyed by sales reps and I absolutely had a great experience with him. He was very knowledgeable and I'm looking forward to our new mattress to be delivered now. I'll be asking for him by name next time I go.

Giacoma he was very helpful and he didn t rush me , he even help me with some designs with the furniture I will recommend him to my friends that are looking for furniture.

Deborah King from the Newington store was a joy to work with. Debbie knew the merchandise in the store and have us an option we hadn't thought of. I got a bed here 7 years ago and haven t needed or wanted to Chang it since. Great selection, many varieties. Friendly service. Great protection plans on products.

Best sales experience I've ever received... Justin was extremely helpful not pushy offered everything in black and white before I made a decision. Purchased a new mattress with a power base. Delivery was on time and was set up quickly. Mattress is comfortable and so far we're happy after one night sleeping on the new mattress.

What a nice, hassle-free experience! I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who guided me to the right place. The saleswoman was helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. The delivery was scheduled on the day most convenient for me, and then the delivery men texted to ask if they could come early. They were careful, professional, and quick. Best of all, I love my new sectional sofa. It s very comfortable and the color is perfect.

Horrible service. They apologize and do absolutely nothing to fix a mistake their company made and the people they send out to deliver your furniture are complete idiots. And do not know how to assemble their own product.

Had a wonderful experience today buying a mattress/box spring and coffee table. Our sales Associate Giacomo was very professional and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. He Made our visit to bobs today much much better than anticipated. He was really excited to sell us a candle holder as he had never sold an accessory in his 9 years with the company.
