Tom was very pleasant & thorough. Is is close to my house which is a plus. They have 2 nice waiting rooms. 1 with coffee or water & doughnuts if you're early enough & sales doesn't eat them all. LOL

Jeff, the service advisor that l met at Schaumburg Ford dealership at the time i arrived for service was one of the most capable of doing business with customers. I've never seen such an advisor in my 13 years experience of repeating my cars at auto shops. He said he was new hiree there and I happened to see him first. I'm giving five stars to the customer service but honestly I'm a little worried about the mechanical work because I don't trust much the mechanics at any place i go. I hope they're one of the best at Schaumburg Ford dealership.

Service agents treat you like they are doing you a...

Service agents treat you like they are doing you a favor. It took over an hour just to change my oil. I could have done it myself faster. And when I left the dealership, my car sounded different. I thought maybe it was my imagination, but then when my wife got in the car she said the same thing. So they screwed up my exhaust system. I will never go to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford again. Now I have to go somewhere else to have my exhaust system looked at. Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford must have the worse mechanics, if you can even call them that, in the business. Steer clear of Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford, I know I will!

Went for an oil change. Met with agent Joe, who took detailed pictures of the outside of the car. Advised him that with us leasing the car, the salesman had told us that our first oil change was complimentary. Joe had no problem with that. Experience was excellent. Last time I came in for a change, (this while the showroom was under construction) it took a lot longer (almost 1.5 hours, maybe because that too was a complimentary change, not sure).

I was a bit nervous about going to a dealer for repairs. Especially because the one I bought my Ford Edge from was no longer around. However this place had it together! Quick drop off, very informative and accurate estimate by Zach, my service rep. Fixed a pretty big issue same day and part of it was covrered by extendes warranty. They could have easily charged me much more. Whole experience was great! Thanks Zach!

The dealership called me randomly about 4 days ago...

The dealership called me randomly about 4 days ago asking about the car I had purchased and my negative experience. I explained the situation and stopped up there to see if they wanted me to bend over again. Little did I know, it s an entire new staff, and the guy who does car accessories was still there (His name is Nick)

Nick is a fantastic guy. He does not give pressure, is no nonsense, straight to the point. Either we can do it or we can t. I got my dream car, interest reduced by 11% than the original APR, and a better payment. I left the lot that day with the best experience at a dealership in my entire life. This new staff and new management has really turned it around and I commend them. They re flipping awesome. Go there, see Nick, he WILL help you out if he s able to.

I had a great experience at Bob Rohrman Ford! My service advisor Joe Lambert was so helpful and informed me of everything along the way. Originally i was told there would be no loaner vehicles available but he got one for me right away. I had a major repair and they finished the work in a day. All of the Staff i dealt with were pleasant and had positive attitudes. I am happy with my service and the work done on my car.

Ive purchased 2 Ford Raptors and drove to your store Thursday to seen what you had. I was amazingly surprised that you were charging a $10,000 Market increase for no reason. This is not being done anyware else. I'm purchasing my 3th Raptor this week and consider myself to be an expert. (( Your just ripping the customer off )) I will not be back!! I hope customers dont fall for this.

I wanted to buy a used Honda Civic from them. When they had me go on a test drive, they only had me travel within a block's radius due to their "insurance coverage". The next day when I wanted to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic neither of us have done business with before, they flat out refused anything outside of 1 mile, yet suggested the Honda dealership right next door that they do business with all the time. Those are not good business practices; any reputable dealer not trying to sell you a lemon will allow you to get a second opinion.

Good service. The personnel was very efficient and helpful. I brought my four children and we all survive the waiting in the kids room! They loved the hot cocoa and doughnuts. I loved the fact that everything was cover under the warranty! ;)

Brent Enger was our salesman and did a wonderful job. He is very personable and also very knowledge about cars. He is willing to be of extra help and gave us a lot of information. Also our experience with Trae Jones, the Finance Mgr, was just as good. He was very friendly and professional and we enjoyed our time with him.

This Ford dealer is terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Their customer service is a chore. They make you stand in the cold waiting for an advisor to even look at your car. They don t communicate AT ALL. You call for the status and they can t find it! They have no idea what name or make or model it s under. Every time I bring a car there for work this happens, they lose the van, they can t find the paperwork and they don t call when it s ready you have to keep chasing them around. I would go anywhere else in a heartbeat.

Extremely satisfied with my car purchasing experience, my salesman was Nick and my finance guy was Teddy.

I personally felt they both had my best interest in mind.

Both of them were straight to the point and made everything extremely clear and understandable.

Will definitely do business here again.

Didn't have any issues with my lease when I had it...

Didn't have any issues with my lease when I had it, however, I've been receiving calls/texts for months about my vehicle and a recall on it. I turned that vehicle back in to them 2.5 years ago. I requested two times previously to stop reaching out to me about it. Received another text today, opted out and called to stop. Bob Rohrman has an awful lot of dealerships that I'm not terribly interested in buying a vehicle from when they can't keep track of basic information like who does or doesn't have a current lease with them. Very annoying

Brought my 2015 Explorer in for for some recall it...

Brought my 2015 Explorer in for for some recall items to be corrected and an air bag wiring harness that needed to be fixed. Worked with Jeff the service manager at Bob Rohrman. He kept me informed throughout the day with updates on my vehicle. It was a very nice experience working with Jeff. It would be nice if Bob Rohrman would give a complementary car wash after the vehicle is serviced.

All started when I did an online inquiry from Auto...

All started when I did an online inquiry from Autotrader on an F-150 that had an online price of 41,984. Initially I received 2 confirmation emails. Then I received an email response back from Mark Estrada which contained a letter from "Whitney McCreary" stating she would be my "Dc Accelerate Deal Car Buying Representative" and in that email the price of the vehicle was now 49,484. The same day I received an email from Whitney McCreary listing all the reasons I should buy from them. The next day I received an email from Crystal Huitron asking if I was still interested however the email closing remarks were again from "Whitney McCreary". I also called the dealership to confirm the online price and when I asked for "Whitney" the female associate told me "Whitney" was "busy with another customer" and that she could assist me. This sales person assured me the price online 41,984 was the correct price. On December 26 I received another email from Mark Estrada asking if I was still interested and again it was signed off by "Whitney McCreary". I responded that I was still interested and that I would be in by 3Pm. "Whitney" responded and thanked me for making a VIP appointment and instructed me to tell whoever greets me to tell that I have a VIP appointment with her. She also stated that the vehicle would be ready and waiting for me to test drive. I proceeded to the dealership and was met by Denys 5 five in the door, I told him that I had a VIP appointment with "Whitney" and he sat me in an office and told me he would get her. A few minutes later Denys came back with a sales manager who told me that "Whitney" "had stepped out" and that Denys would be my "Product Specialist". Denys explained that he had to locate the vehicle that was supposed to be "ready and waiting". While waiting there was loud music music playing the showroom a group of sales people huddled around a desk talking loudly. I also got to hear a gentleman repeatedly ask for a business card and the keys for his vehicle which was being appraised, he was less than pleased and then ridiculed by these people after he walked out.
We finally departed on the test drive and the truck was absolutely filthy dirty. The test drive went well except for the fact that my "product specialist" knew far less about the vehicles features than I did. Once back at the dealer they appraised my vehicle which was a fair appraisal and then the numbers game started. We were way off from what I had seen on line and was told I didn't qualify for 2 of the rebates which lowered the selling price to 41,984. I told Denys where I needed to be monthly and he wrote that figure down on the price sheet and then drew a circled X with a line and asked me to sign on the line. I assure you I did not. I ended up leaving after having to ask for my keys from the appraisal. The entire experience was shady, deceitful and unprofessional between the email name games and asking me to sign a hand drawn line with an X. I ended up leaving there and going to a different dealer and making a nice deal on better equipped truck for less money.

Buying a Ford Mustang was one of the moment I have...

Buying a Ford Mustang was one of the moment I have long cherished, but when I step into the service station to get the regular oil change service at Bob Rohrman Ford, it makes me feel that I am driving something which is not valued.

The concerned person who is supposed to handle the initial paper work to get the servicing started, was so engrossed in things that he hardly lifts his face to even say "HI" or "Hello". He finishes the paperwork in seconds and walks out without telling if I am good to head back to my work/home. I would have to ask someone else if I am good to head back. They even don't bother in telling the customer the estimated time as to when it can be picked up. And these things should be asked by the customer themselves, which feels like a pain when we get an answer from a person who is least interested to interact with the customer.

After all this ignorance, the service specialist calls me late in the evening during its closing hours to tel me to pick up my car and there is no one to shuttle me to the location. After demanding that I get a lift to the service station, thank god, I luckily got one. Once in there, I head to the billing section to complete all the formalities, but get another challenge of talking to the billing specialist, as they are so whiny that they have been stuck by lightning.

Once the bill has been paid, a service manager comes walking directly to me, asks for the billing invoice and details, reads it while he walks me till the door, shows me my car, says thanks and closes the door.

I had got my Ford Mustang serviced previously, but at least felt valued that I have bought a valued vehicle. But once you go to Bob Rohrman, you definitely feel that other way, as to why should one buy a Ford.

Complete waste of time. Brian, i believe, was the name of the gentleman that we got to speak to. Worst experience ever. We had just completed our visit to a Toyota and then a Honda dealership in search of our first new Hybrid car. Had pleasant experiences at those dealerships. Wanted to try Ford Fusion before making up our minds. But we did not even have a chance to test drive. Extremely slow. If you can, find another Ford dealer. Stay away.

I went in because I received a flyer saying that I had won one of a number of prizes. Wasn't planning to get a car, but figured that to get the advertised drawing prize I had to at least listen to a sales pitch. Sales staff was polite and friendly. I know they were just doing their jobs, but I felt uncomfortable. After a very long time left hanging at the table while the first sales rep went off somewhere, I was told that I only qualify for the low end car, even after I had said that the vehicle would not be for me, but be for someone that doesn't like to drive cars at all and would only want a truck or SUV. The test drive car was nice and all, but not suited for my family's needs. They asked me to sign off on being the only decision maker/all decision makers present (I am not the only decision maker). I had to refuse, then the really hard sale came, and didn't stop until I became visibly upset from the pressure. Then they finally told me what I had "won" in the promotion-the smallest prize, a Walmart gift card and some scratch-off tickets....which they were out of both items completely. They wanted to give me a gift certificate for their service and merchandise departments instead. I do not currently own a Ford, so would not be able to use the service department, and I don't need any Ford hats, shirts, or knick knacks. So, other than a test drve of a brand new Focus, which as a large person I felt like a sardine in the tin (could barely get in, steering wheel in my gut, and my head brushing the roof), but I didn't get the advertised drawing prize...with a relatively (for me and mine) useless replacement "prize". So I drove all the way there, using up a good portion of fuel, for no real useful reward. Net loss of a few hours of my time.

What a great experience! I've never been able to purchase a car with less hassle and such great service. Ismael was thoughtful, helpful and efficient in getting me from the test drive to sitting behind the wheel of my new car. Brian Plyam was a tremendous help in getting the price right and ensuring my satisfaction, even after the sale. I would highly recommend Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford as an easy, fair, and honest place to do business.

Absolutely B.S. I've been looking for a 2014 5.0 manual Mustang for over half a year now. I find an amazing deal so I called and spoke with a women named Carmen. She said the car was available and we set up a date to come see it. The day I was going to see it I called a little over an hour to let them know I was coming to see the car. Carmen told me that the vehicle was still there and that she would pull the car upfront for me. I drive 60 miles out of my way to come look at the car and I get the whole "It was sold an hour ago but we got an automatic 2013 mustang with 20,000 more miles" b.s.... Never going to purchase a vehicle from a Bob Rohrman since they're okay doing business like a bunch of scumbags. I came back to edit this post because they STILL have the listing of the car on CarGurus... They're clearly just trying to reel people into the dealership

I have always received excellent service. Every time I take my car in for service Lupe is always on top of updates, and understands my needs (being a mom) when putting me on a rental.

The only ding would be when the ladies answering the calls with, " Hi, how may I direct your call" - to me that rude and comes off as .. "Hi, I am not the person to speak too". my first time calling I did not know who I was to be directed and I feel some people would get lost too. Either way its my personal option/review.

Excellent service. My service advisor was very genuine and sincere, showing caring for my behalf. There are suggested 3 maintenance issues that I should taken care off. He gave me advices as what important ones to do first and can wait for others. He calls and returns calls promptly. I have been to other Ford service location in Chicago, so far this is the best! The place you could feel trust and care of your car

What a TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
My husband's 2 years old Ford Transit Connect, still under the warranty, is making a clicking noise while you turn either way, driving or standing. Multiple trips back to this dealer, every time working on the same problem was such a wasting time-problem still is not fixed! Worked with few Service Advisors, talked to the Service Manager Mark and they are all the same, they do not care about the customer! Last week they told us they do hear the noise but don't know what it is and won't fix it any more. We just have to take it as a normal noise which we'll be hearing now. Unbelievable how Meanger of Service Department from Ford Dealer even can tell a customer something like this! What kind of mechanics they have there and what kind of Ford Dealer it is if they can't resolve this issue. I am wonder if they are waiting for the warranty to be expired or their unknowledgeable mechanics can't figure it out how to fix simple, obvious problem in the car. All what they can do is only oil change, I guess.
Unbelievable how they can treat a customer.

These guys are pure scam artists. After two days of dealing with them we decided on a number on a FIVE year loan. I shook on it with the sales guy and general manager only to find out they tried tricking me into a SIX year loan after sitting down at finance 3 hours later. Not only that but when one of the managers came up (Paul I think) he told me that "they could never do that for five years" and lacked the courtesy to even apologize about the whole deal after spending two days and probably close to 6 hours there. I've never been treated so poorly by a dealership before and it has completely tarnished my view on not only Bob rohrman dealerships but Ford in general. People like this is what give the whole "used car salesman" stereotype true meaning. Avoid this place and check out other options.

Brent, Jordan, and John were all amazing to work with. I may not be a conventional car buyer, but they completely understood where I was coming from. I absolutely hope to do business with them in the future.

I just wanted to come back to add more details to *why* the team at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford, particularly Brent, were so great to work with. I was after a sporty daily drive-able vehicle, but I was pretty open-ended to options. They arranged to let me test drive not only the used car I originally came in to drive, but two other new alternatives, all in the same day to keep the comparisons fresh in my mind. While I ultimately purchased a different vehicle from a different location, I would have happily done it through here had they had what I ended up settling on. I will absolutely consider them for any future shopping my family may be doing.

Resolved the issue with a license plate light recall with the service manager and staff. I agree with cturtl355 that they do say somethings that are a bit over the top. They made a comment when my tail light assemblies where being replaced from a recall years back that " the chrome must have come off because I washed the car too much". I took it as a compliment.

I have nothing but good things to say. Les is the salesman that serviced me and he was always understanding and patient with my situation and more than willing to help. I ve dealt with a lot of dealers in recent history and this one is the best by far. I drove over 2.5 hours to Bob Rorhman and passed 5 Ford dealers on the way and they re well worth the drive. 10/10 would recommend.

Bob Rohrman Ford is a very friendly and upfront car dealer. Evans helped me with the battery issue for my c-max and let me know exactly what was wrong before fixing. He also noticed the alignment seemed off and checked that with an offer to fix that as well. Very thorough and great to talk to about the car issues.
