Excellent service. My service advisor was very genuine and sincere, showing caring for my behalf. There are suggested 3 maintenance issues that I should taken care off. He gave me advices as what important ones to do first and can wait for others. He calls and returns calls promptly. I have been to other Ford service location in Chicago, so far this is the best!
