I have come in with two BMW's at least four times ...

I have come in with two BMW's at least four times in the last five years and the Service department is very hit-or-miss. I give 5 stars to Valerie and Scott, who were spectacular service advisors, I've never had any better than them. Very disappointing experience with Tyler and Kyle, who were hard to get a hold of to get an update on the status of my cars. They also charged me a higher service price than initially quoted. I had to leave three different voice messages for Kyle to call me back with an explanation (on May 13th, May 19th, and May 24th). He left me a voicemail on May 24th telling me he was going to find out, as there could have been a price variance with the part. Today is July 25th and I am yet to hear back from Kyle. I know that I'm not purchasing a $40,000 car, but I expect better service from a $1,000+ tab every time I come in. I hope Pleasant Grove does better than Murray because that's were I'm going next time.
