From the moment I arrived until the time I drove off the lot, Sanel was above and beyond professional and helpful, answering all my questions in detail, making sure I was completely satisfied. He even followed up with me after I purchased my vehicle to inquire how I was doing and if I had questions. I am very pleased and satisfied with my 2013 BMW 328i xdrive!
