I recently purchase a used 340i xDrive from BMW of Murray and it was a great car buying experience. First I am from out of state and never even set foot in the dealership, which was very handy during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, Caroline Olson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Caroline was very courteous throughout the price negotiations. Once we agreed on the price, Caroline did a great job of making sure that all of my requests for vehicle history documentation, 3-rd party inspection, and shipping were completely and promptly taken care of.
