Mark, my sales guy was pleasant to deal with. I usuallly buy my cars over email but I hadn t driven a mini before so I went to Mini of Concord and Mark greeted me with the right approach. Not pushy and informed about the vehicle. He has confidence in the vehicle and know that if you drive it and it s for you, you will buy one. If it s not for you then so be it.
