I would think you'd be a bit more courteous, CERTAINLY more professional when a potential buyer (ie: who has come out and said, I'm looking to buy in the next few days) isn't getting his messages replied to (that clearly you've received - - hence the 'read' and time stamp) isn't any Dealership (or individual) I'd want to do business with - - so went elsewhere!
I am giving them a 1/5 starts because of a service scenario I had with this location.
My vehicle is still under warranty based on my contract yet they are using every excuse to say that the repairs are non-warrantable without a technical explanation.
Even after I asked them. I just don't think it is fair to be treated as someone who has no idea about automotive nuances.
These technicians should educate, yet they just continue to give life to the stereotype that dealerships are the ultimate money driven machine. No-pun intended.

Bad service, this bmw service center is the worst , waited for almost 2hrs for car wash after my oil change and they didn't wash my car, the guy told me it washed..I showed all the dirt, and then he admit it they did not wash my car because their busy...I will not go back to this service center, one more thing I want to trade in my car to a new one but they blewed up..and I will never ever recommend this service center...now I thinking if they do the oil change...one more thing I have a mini cooper s too...
Highly recommend BMW Concord. I have purchased many new and used cars from them over the last few years and could not be happier with my experience; the most recent new car purchase was just two weeks ago. Danny Andrade is the salesperson I work with he is very knowledgeable, super responsive and very straight forward he is really good at his job and is a very great person on top of things Danny is 5 plus stars in my view.
I just took delivery of my 4th or 5th (???) BMW at BMW Concord last Friday (November 15th). I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at this dealership.......especially with Danny Andrade, my "personal" sales/leasing guy! He has taken VERY good care of me for years now from deciding which car to get and then throughout the leasing period if I have any issues at all.....and I do mean ANY issues. He is a top notch guy and the primary reason I return to BMW Concord time after time. Your service department has also treated me very well with the very few issues I've had with my vehicles. Nicholas Paz is the young man who provided me with an excellent "walk-through" of my new 2020 X3 on Friday....a very knowledgeable and professional young man.

Ok, let me start by saying I have been bmw of concord s customer for more than 15+ years. They usually do a good job servicing my car.
I had to bring in my new car for oil service. They were not able to complete the work on the same day and I had to leave the car there for the next day to be worked on. I picked up my car and after getting home was looking at the back of the car and to my surprise there were big scratches and pain damage on the rear bumper! Never had this sort of experience before. Called my service advisor, who is very helpful, and expressed my disappointment at the center for not taking care of the car while it was with them.
Not sure if it was technician that ran the car into a wall or the folks who wash the car.
I will need to make another trip to this center to show the car.
This center was very good prior to the new ownership. Unfortunately, the same owner purchased another center that is also close to me. Now I am thinking of not buying another new bmw so I don t have to deal with their service center.
The process took longer than usual, we spent 4-5 hours until all documentation is done. Other than that, people were so helpful, friendly and professional.
It s really hard to find time to do research and look into cars and find time to see if you re getting a good deal. This dealership made my lease turn in and jumping into a new car a breeze, I was lucky to get an appointment on a weekend with Jim Cubinar I let him know which vehicles I was interested in. Jim was able to set up the vehicles so that I could test drive during the appointment, I was in and out in a few short hours with no surprises, which was great.
Did my 2nd BMW transaction with BMW Concord in less than 3 years. Unlike my prior 3 experience in Boston, this dealership did hardly anything to earn my business and show appreciation for brand and customer loyalty. Sales rep brought the age old BS about how much money the delearship was losing. When I called to inquire about the vehical availability the sales rep first question was will I buy the car today. Have not heard that since I purchased my last Acura. Told the guy I currently have a BMW X3 lease from them and he asks if it has full coverage. Had to explain that BMW would not let me lease a car without it. I guess I have come to expect a higher standard of service and this dealership has clearly demonstrated they have no interest in my future business. My X3 lease will end in June and I ll be sure to take my business elsewhere for the 6th vehicle.
I was so excited to drive home in my CPO BMW 340XI, and I couldn t have been happier with my dealership experience. Nancy Camacho is the best: personable, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. She sorted through a wide variety of models, years, and options to help me clarify exactly what car I wanted. She wasn t pushy and was happy to let me test drive multiple vehicles to understand the subtle differences. I felt great about the negotiating process and the price I paid. would never ever go back there. Staff do not keep you updated about the car. they do what they want to your car even if you came in for different reason, without your permission. on top of that write something totally irrelevant about what they did to your car on the paper they hand you. I had problem with something i thought they did because it is what it said on my paper work took it to Sac dealer because i had enough and guess what! paper work they gave me was not what they did. I was pissed but thank god i got it all figure out at sac bmw.
no customer service, no hello or welcome. purchased a charging station for almost $1000 and it was just "here you go" and good luck. no knock on the guy at the parts counter, he was nice but to order a part like that and not be given the attention to experience the excellence of setting up something for "the ultimate driving machine" is quite disappointing. I hope I never have to return there.

This makes the third BMW I have bought from Ken and as usual it was a very good experience. Even when things don't go right at the get go he does everything he can to correct situations. I feel like he really cares about my customer experience and has my back. I trust that he isn't just telling me something I want to hear. Trust is important component to have in business relationship, and especially in the car business. Ken also has a good understanding of the integration between tech devices and the car and seems current on new changes. His understanding of BMW cars and all their features is also impressive. Buy from Ken and you will have a good experience.

I should preface this review by saying I originally gave them 1 star and have since updated it to 5. Yes, I was livid with my initial experience(s), but Kevin D. took it up a notch by listening to my concerns and addressing each one, one-by-one. I loathe nothing more than the feeling of being brushed aside or ignored.

BMW Concord has been so good to me from purchasing my cars to servicing them. Recently, I took my car in for service for a few warranty issues. They found the defects and resolved them. I had hit an object in the road a few months ago damaging the trim pieces in the bottom of my front bumper. I took it to BMW collision for an estimate. $3000! During my most recent service, BMW Concord said I only needed to replace a few trim pieces and have an alignment for $1700! I appreciate their honesty. My service advisor, Alan Elias is the best. He keeps me updated on progress and always returns my calls. I will continue to be a forever BMW customer!!!!

This is our 2nd BMW purchase from BMW Concord, for our 4th BMW. We made a deal online, very little effort on our end. Once terms were agreed to via email, the dealer delivered the car straight to our home. Paperwork took about 15 min and they were out the door. When I was looking for a new BMW, I called every dealer in the SF Bay Area to see who could give me the best deal, and BMW of Concord was the one. They gave me a very good deal and Mike Buschel, the salesman, was very pleasant to deal with. He was very patient with us the entire time. His manager Dario was very nice as well as he gave us few accessories for free. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY--Really good service on getting in--not so great on getting out. They were not able to get anything done in one day, no look, nada, need to leave the car overnight or wait until Tuesday. They started the day with a 5 star review and are concluding the day with a 1 star review. Great coffee will only get you so far.

B m w of Concord would not be the same without Scott sills I hope I got his last name rt the dealer had removed parts from my car for a inspection and returned it missing parts I had spoken to the service advisior who managed to get my parts back but no hardwere after several phone calls that never got returned I went and spoke to Scott ..with in about a half a min he had come up with a great solution and the following day had compleatly rectified the situation ...Scott is the best employee they have down there he would not even take a tip just wanted to let everyone know that it's people like Scott that make the dealer what it is today thanks Scott
My overall experience dealing with Michael Heller at the BMW Concord dealership can be summarized by one word, OUTSTANDING!. Michael is one of those rare car salesmen who you meet once or maybe twice in your lifetime. He is more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and well informed. He is the only reason why we came back to the BMW Concord to buy a car.
I wish I could say the same thing about Jennifer Sims. This lady is condescending and unprofessional. For whatever reason it took her about 2 hours the get the papers ready. I only bring this up because I expected her to be sympathetic towards us because we waited so long. But she did not even acknowledge it.
She also offered us some options on buying some extra maintenance coverage, to which we decided to decline. From that moment forward, she treated us very differently. She would barely talk or look at us displaying very clearly her anger for us not buying the coverage she wanted us to buy.
She needs to learn that "the customer is always right". We almost walked away from buying the car because of her lousy attitude.
Next time I buy a car from BMW Concord, I will make sure I get someone else to help us with the finance portion of the process.
From beginning to end it was the people at Mini/BMW that made this one of the best car buying experiences we've had. From the first e-mail responding to my inquiry to the final sale this was a great car buying experience. Jason Krupa was very helpful on the sales end answering questions, getting back to me in a timely way, helping us to understand the pricing and giving us a no hassle price that was fair and affordable for us. He kept his word on everything he said and then some right down to new batteries in our remote. Zack Lee made the financing side easy to understand and was more than patient and thoughtful in helping us to work through the extended warranty consideration. I know he is part salesman when it comes to extended warranties but he was never pushy, answered all our questions and bent over backward to give us time to figure out the best option for us. He was honest, considerate and understanding of our current and future needs. Even the ladies in the parts department were courteous and kind helping us to get weather proof floor mats. Bottom line, I could buy a used Mini in a lot of places. In the end it is the people, the service, the honesty, and the time they took at Concord Mini/BMW to listen to our needs and answer our questions that made the difference between just buying a car and having a buying experience that we would be happy to repeat or recommend to someone else.
Great experience at BMW Concord. Got a good deal from them and my Sales Associate Rob was a pleasure to deal with. I flew in from San Diego and drove the new car home. Rob had everything set up for me and made the buying experience a very positive one. He picked me up at the BART station and even made sure I got some lunch before heading back. Couldn't ask for a betting car buying experience.

Please be careful signing the deal! It was my mistake not being careful and I trust people, so I got hurt badly financially - the numbers were not what we discussed verbally and I didn t go through contract properly, the lesson-- don't trust anyone obviously, since they are just trying to make profit anyway, I deserve it for being financially ignorant but just a reminder they are not friends . Best of luck and don't do mistakes, don t show you are excited and try play the game (my friends recommendation for next time)..

This was my 3rd BMW dealer purchase in 5 years but my first at BMW Concord, and by far the most pleasurable. I was so fortunate to have worked with Lena Chi and Sammy Velasco. Not only were they friendly, professional, and extremely competent, they were also completely transparent from beginning to end, which is almost oxymoronic when you think of dealerships! I'm convinced these folks, and this dealer, would be my go to whenever I, or my family, are in need of a new BMW. I left feeling the privilege was mine to be served by Lena and Sammy.

So far not a very good experience. I came in yesterday at around 1 PM and talked to someone about trading in a vehicle and purchasing a used BMW. He told me the appraisal person was unavailable and would call me later in the day. I was never called back. I called this morning at 11. Was asked to come in so I can get the vehicle appraised . I came in and met with Michael, who acknowledged my presence with a nod and proceeded to having a ten minute phone conversation. I waited patiently. When he finally finished he took a look at my car and said someone had already appraised it yesterday? He also told me that I'd have to have my husband sign off on the title, I told him I am divorced but he continued to refer to my ex as my husband. I corrected him multiple times. He then said, "We're not going to take your title to a back room and have you sign off and say your husband signed it. This is a very conservative dealership." I felt so appalled and offended. I responded by telling him, "absolutely not, sir, that would be fraud and why would you say that to me?" Was that a hint of what he wanted to do? He walked away from me. When he came back he said he would have no problem selling me a car. Of course not, I have excellent credit and income, anyone would have no problem with selling me a car. Michael then asked if I could switch tables, I did thinking he was going to continue helping me. He left me alone at the table and sat and older white male at his desk, and started making a sale to the guy. I got up to leave, Michael approached me again and I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager everything that happened, and left the dealership in tears. The manager was very apologetic, but I can't shake the feeling. I don't understand how this type of behavior can be tolerated. Never in a thousand years would I have guessed that I would be treated so poorly. I guess a latino woman is not as important as a middle-aged white male, and I guess it's ok for Michael to assume that I would be willing to commit fraud. I am disgusted.
I called to get a quote for a tune up on a 2000 328i, the lady tells me that she cannot give me a quote because they vary and it depends on what is wrong with the car. I said that all I needed was a quote for a tune up and nothing else. Are all 2000 328i different? I can't believe they don't have a set price for just a tune up. My experience with Concord BMW is that every time you bring your car in for something, they want to fix or charge you for something else. Where is the BBB?
Great experience picking up my new Mini. It was ready and waiting when I arrived and exactly as ordered. It took a little longer than expected to sign all the paperwork and go through the warranty talks but I had a good experience overall. It s still stressful getting locked in the room with the finance person and pressured to buy a warranty (same experience at another dealer when I bought my first Mini so I can t fault this dealership).
Jason is great, very responsive, and easy to deal with; I walked away with a great deal on a gorgeous car. Couldn t be happier with my purchase!

I must say, all the staff members from sales personnel to the service guys are very professional and well trained with customer service. Joey in particular was really friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, and explained certain things about car maintenance. I love the fact that the service was fast!
I arranged this with Jason by phone. Although there was some delay getting the vehicle to the dealer from the port in LA, Jason kept me up to date, so there were no surprises or additional delays. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived and was the paperwork was finished quickly. I felt that the deal was a good one and I'm happy with the car so far, although I am still learning about all the new technology in this car and hoping it will work seamlessly. So far, so good.

The customer service you guys provide over the phone after 330 pm to your retail customers is absolute GARBAGE! I'll never recommend anyone to your location. It's really easy to answer the phone and at least gather what the customer is looking for and ask them to remain on hold. Or check if anyone is in the Dept that you're transferring a customer to. Simple things, simple things.

My Cat. converter was recently stolen, the car was old and was salvage so it couldnt be fully covered under insurance, i was out of luck and had to junk it. I had no car to get to work, no credit, but the team at concord made sure i got accepted for a loan for a used car. Please go see Nancy Camacho, and Tyler, they will for sure take care of you!

I just bought a 2019 Cooper S from Jason Krupa today. With credit pre-approval filed online a while back, I was Able to leave in less than 2 hours which including time spent on trading in my 2015 Cooper. Michael in finance department was very pleasant as well. This is my second purchase from them in a decade. I also purchased my first Cooper from them in 2010. Both of my experiences have been satisfactory, , the most recent one especially. Thumbs way up!!
