So I had the pleasure of working with Dan! I never felt the pressure like I get from the other dealerships to buy the car we test drove. We told him we would think about it and maybe we would come back. I ended up texting him and decided I wanted to try and get the car. The process was so easy and flawless (everything is virtual because of Covid) and he was super responsive if I had any questions. He even came in on his day off to finish the deal. Working with JV was awesome--the most genuine, non "BS" experience I've had purchasing a car--ever. We were told that after we agreed on the price we would go into the Finance person (who was also nice) and that it would be a 15 min wait. About an hour later we were finally called in, so that was a little annoying but overall a nice shopping/purchasing experience.
Deciding to buy a car can be a traumatic experience but it is going to the right place. In my case it was a pleasant experience and highly rewarding with the results for the professional attention I received from the agent who took care of me, and the staff in charge of making all the relevant arrangements so that at the end of the day I could take the car of my dreams home, happy because my expectations in the whole process from looking at the cars, the financing, the basic management of the car were excellent. They definitely have a great team at this agency, I will be your client for many years.
I highly recommend purchasing your BMW at the Concord location. They are the most professional and customer oriented car dealership I ve ever dealt with. Took my car in for a complimentary all point inspection that was offered on the phone. Did they even perform the Free All-point service check? Not so sure....they used it as a Sales Tool.
The service agents were very courteous and did their best to provide good service. I just find what they say hard to believe.

I was impressed how fast everything moved. Raquel organized everything, scheduled my test drive and showed me two cars. I personally wanted white with black rims and she made It work! I bought a 440i that originally did not have black rims and I m picking up the car the way I want it.

Loyal customer highly disappointed in recent service experience. Drove for 2 hours to keep my loyalty here as a customer but they lost one today. The service manager, Kevin, seemed not to care as to whether I supported their dealership and let me walk away. I left the dealership in my vehicle because my experience was so poor. They used to take care of customers, but something has changed. They now want to shuttle high paying customers to Enterprise to drive a Kia type vehicle while our car is being serviced. I expect a certain level of service from my auto dealer and Concord has let us down. We won't be back because of this experience. Just horrible. If policies change, you should let your clientele know. Beware-your loaner might be a Kia and you could end up being shuttled like cattle. No thanks.

UPDATE: Independent mechanic let me know that half of the repairs proposed by BMW were completely unnecessary. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like poor service, lies, and throwing money away.
Brought in a 2014 X3 for scheduled maintenance. Mechanics found several other issues, some repaired under a BMW warranty at no charge, others quoted at extremely high prices. Was called to pick up the car, paid, and waited more than 30 minutes for somebody to simply bring the car around. Given the extreme prices (issues repaired at an independent mechanic with BMW OEM parts at less than half the cost, more than $1,000 less than the BMW quote) and poor service upon pickup, I cannot recommend servicing your BMW here. No need for the prices to be so high, and if you are going to charge so much, at least have my car ready when I show up. Overrated, overpriced, and under delivered.

While I ultimately ended up going with another manufacturer for our car (some incentives that were too good to pass up- no fault of the X5 or BMW Concord), I highly recommend BMW Concord to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. Boris and Gary were exceptionally helpful in making our deal for a 135i coupe happen. We were initially looking at 328i, but my wife spotted the 135i as we were walking the lot.

I am on my third car from BMW - Concord. I had more than one previous unpleasant experience with other BMW dealers in the San Francisco area. I have found the staff in Concord to be friendly and approachable and free from the "snooty" Euro dealership vibe so present in other places. James Stanford treated myself and my wife very well and made the whole car buying experience to be as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend James and the dealership to others.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful- from front desk to sales to finance to the genius that showed us all the features of the car. I worked with Raquel on the sale. She was very helpful and able to answer any questions I had as well as sort out any issues. They gave me the time to look over the car in detail, take a second test drive etc. I did not feel under pressure to buy when visiting here (which I did at some other dealerships which was uncomfortable). Overall a good experience and would definitely go here again.

Getting a new car has never been so easy! There was no need for long waits in offices or handoffs to multiple people. Instead, I arranged and negotiated thru text and phone. The paperwork was a breeze as it is all online using DocuSign. I was able to do this all at home. When it came time to get the car, it was 1/2 hour tops! I didn t particularly want to sit next to someone to teach me all the tech. BMW Concord had a great answer for that too. I can FaceTime at my convenience! Thank you to BMW Concord for modernizing the car buying experience!
Sumaira is the best sales person! She is nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy! She took her time to find me cars that had all of the options that I wanted. She was able to get me a good deal for a leased new X3! Everyone that I interacted with was efficient and made the process easy and fast - in and out in three hours! The only thing thing that could have made my experience perfect was getting a little bit more money for my trade in. Overall, I m very pleased with my experience and love my new car!

I never want to write bad reviews and will only do so when a company makes several mistakes to the point where there's clearly a problem. We have been customers of BMW San Francisco for 3 years and they always provided tremendous service, and we were willing to pay the elevated prices because we knew we'd be taken care of. When our car recently broke down and needed to be towed to a nearby dealer, which BMW Concord happened to be the closest - we thought we'd give it a try. First, they didn't have any loaners available for the upcoming weeks, so we were paying for a rental car while the car was being repaired (an extra expense.)
Based on the most simple online research, we knew that the problem with our car was a broken water pump and this is apparently a standard issue with BMW's. However, it took them 2 full days and $205 to give us that news. You're also supposed to at least receive a car wash when they run diagnostics (it's in our invoice), but our car was definitely not clean when they returned it. Fine. But when they quoted us $5,000+ to fix this including an unnecessary up-sell to replace the bushings, whereas multiple retailers were charging a quarter of that price (for the same BMW parts) and told us our bushings are fine, we knew we couldn't get the car serviced there. They also never went out of their way to make us want to stay. So at this point we're $400 in the hole with no repairs (paying for a rental car on top of the diagnostic charge.) Since we work during the day, we asked for a method of online payment (since there's an option on their website), but we were told we had to pay in person and they couldn't release our car until we did so. SO inconvenient. We ended up having someone pay on our behalf, and the person at BMW accepting the money charged the card incorrectly. So now they are calling back and harassing us to give them the information of the person who paid on our behalf to fix their mistake, making it sound like it's our fault they charged us $2.05 instead of $205. From start to finish, the experience was so disappointing.
I highly DON'T recommend using this company to service your vehicle.
The level of professionalism is A+ I knew the exact car I was interested in, so by the time I got there, the car was waiting. The approval process was seamless with DocuSign ready to go. Service plans are explained (and followed up with an email). Skip the haggling. Here, the price is right and the service is superior.
Robert and Sergei were very nice to work with. It was not a typical hard sell, and they were just nice people, not typical obnoxious care salesmen. They made us feel comfortable in the dealership, didn't rush or pressure us and asked for feedback about their website (was it easy to use, any suggestions for improvement, etc.) There is a Mini dealership in Sacramento, where I live, but the service there was terrible in comparison to Concord. It was well worth the trip to receive the great service that we received at Concord BMW/MINI.
Great customer service and easy sales process. Kris made an appointment, had the exact car there are ready to test drive. The entire process took about 2 hours. Felt I was treated very well and dealt with fairly. Would buy another car here without hesitation.
My wife and I went to BMW Concord to see a CPO 2016 428i Gran Coupe that I had seen and studied. I contacted the dealership, and was immediately contacted by Mike Bushel. As I said, we were just looking. The process was so enjoyable that instead of just looking, we drove home in our new car. Of course, since we were just looking, my better half didn't bring her checkbook. Not a problem. Rachel Riley used my Amex Card, with the understanding that we would return with the check, We did so the next day, and Wayne Myatt did the swap, crediting Amex and taking the check.
Mike made the process very smooth, but Avi Hiranand-Alleyne, the resident BMW Genius, was brilliant, showing us many of the new features in our car. This is our 5th BMW, but much has changed since 2001.
We drove from Reno to purchase the car we wanted. We came with financing and a downpayment. All approved and ready to go. We were turned away for being out of state customers. We were told...after calling twice, that it was ready to go. They never asked if we were financing, or mentioned restrictions for being out of state. I just drove with a 2 year old and a 5 year old for 4.5 hours. They can f themselves. They told me it was policy. Its not california law, so it is a choice. They could have waived it when they realized their mistake.
Really good nice smooth experience! I loved it over all! The only problem was the description of the vehicles options didn t match the real options so I m still figuring out what it s equiped with. That s why it s 4 Stars.
Sergei, one of the managers here, was our main point of contact. He was super responsive over email and helped us get a deal that worked for us. When we went to get the car, everything was handled efficiently and Mark, one of the salesmen, did a great job of going over the car features and making sure we know what we are getting. I ended up leasing a MINI Countryman JCW and I can't thanks these guys enough for making it happen right before the holidays. I wouldn't hesitate at all to go back here in the future for my next car.
This may not come as a surprise, but this dealership is just as bad as all the others in terms of stealing from you. According to the techs, several oil seals on one vehicle were leaking and one part had "massive" play. They must lie like this quite often to be so brazen... Hellen Keller would've been able to tell you that nothing was wrong with those parts. I am a mechanic and as is much of my family. No leaks, no play. If you need an HONEST job done, this is NOT the place to go.
Great service and friendly people. No pressure what so ever on making a purchase. It is always nice not to be forced into a bad decision when thinking about two different models. Looking forward to our next purchase at BMW Concord.
I purchased a certified pre-owned x5 from another dealer roughly a year ago. We have been bringing it in to Concord throughout the year for service. I don't know if the car is a lemon or the the service at this dealership is not thorough enough. We had the car in again last weel for another service and this week the coolant light went on. Two weeks ago we had the car back for service, which included a review of a persistant rattle, that they could not find several weeks before. They fixed the rattle, a muffler part was loose or broken. Today the check coolant light went on. Since we purchased the car, the convience outlets have not worked correctly. The dealership indicated that the I-phone charging in the outlet drew too much power for the wiring in the car and it still does not work after numerous return visits to the dealership.
Roughly a month after we purchased the vehicle, a rear reflector fell out. The dealership replaced it, and it fell out again the following week. The dealership indicated that they would have to replace the entire bumper at our cost to fix the reflector. We purchased the part on line and I corrected with a small piece of ABS pipe and some glue...
Thank goodness I bought the extended service plan on this vehicle.
The car is fun to drive and looks great, but we have never had so much problems with any car. Is it the car or the dealership, I don't know? As it was a certified car and has only been serviced by the dealership, I have to blame it on the service.

They delivered our new Z4 to our doorstep on a flat bed truck AND took our 550I away! Everything was done over the phone and DocuSign... Do not waste your time with any other dealer.. Car buying is really stressful, especially for women, and car salesmen have a reputation for being snake oil salesmen. Times have changed and COVID-19 and online companies such as Truecar and Carvana have reshaped the car buying experience, creating more transparency and making it more about the customer, customer experience and creating a trusting relationship with the salesperson and the dealership.
I'm a loyal BMW car owner, but I have not been loyal to dealerships as I've been lied to, bullied and pressured by unfair sales tactics at both BMW of San Rafael and BMW of Roseville. In searching for a new car, I found a couple that could work at the BMW dealership in Concord and drove to the dealer to see the cars in person and go for a test drive.
Having met and talked to dozens of BMW car salesmen over the years, I will say that Howard Levison is THE BEST client advisor I have ever worked with. He truly is a trusted advisor who I felt had my back and my best interests at heart throughout the entire decision making and purchase process. He is extremely bright and knowledgeable on all things BMW and the various leasing and financing options. Equally, if not more important, he is trustworthy, empathetic, patient and understanding. I had dozens and dozens of questions and he took the time, while on and off the clock, to ensure I received all of the information I needed to make a truly informed decision and he was completely open, honest and transparent with me throughout the entire process and helped advise me while keeping my best interest front and center to ensure that I made the very best decision. BMW Concord is lucky to have someone who truly puts the customer first and takes the time to understand the customer and do what's best and right for them.
