Having traveled almost 350 miles to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, in the times we currently live in,was questionable to say the least. I am beyond impressed with the service and professionalism at this facility. I walk in, everything is sterile. Masks and gloves on everyone but you still feel you are greeted with a smile. Yolanda at the front desk was more than helpful and went out of her way to make the completion of my buying experience a memorable one. Taking a look around everyone has masks and gloves on. There is a gentlemen walking around spraying and wiping everything down and going over twice on areas you would assume to be heavy hand traffic. Pens are in sterile containers and marked as such. The buying experience was just as such. Kris(with a k) was my salesperson. We conducted business over the phone and via email. Peter helped with my transaction. Everything was signed electronically. Again for being a different time we are in right now, this was as close to normality for me as I could get. I've been in the car business since 2006. I've worn each hat in a dealership environment. But I take my hat off to you guys, thank you so much again for your hard work, professionalism, and being sincere .
