I went to try the Gs1250 last week and apart from being an incredible motorbike the customer service here is excellent! Especially Louis and Piotr who will inform you of everything you need in the best possible way! There is even another boy who speaks Spanish if you need it. They are very good!

Wow what an experience! I've been riding for many ...

Wow what an experience! I've been riding for many years and visited multiple dealers during that time however, this was different. Louis and the motorrad team instantly made me feel welcome with great personability, extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and great ambassadors for the brand. There's no cringey pushy sales men here, just good honest biker people. Just a shame there not more local to me... Cheers team park lane!

Brilliant experience, very happy. After buying a used R1200RS from Park Lane, I can easily state that it was by far the best dealer experience I have had. Started with a phone call, I spoke to Giuseppe Bonfiglio, who not only gave me all the details I needed, but sent a video, pointing out any flaws on the bike - this transparency and willingness to honestly discuss any issues in order to ensure the customer bought the right product and was happy with it (rather than just trying to sell as much as possible) made a big difference to my confidence in the purchase, and this manner continued throughout. Top marks for hospitality, advice, knowledge, understanding and clarity. Test ride was arranged smoothly, as was final completion and handover (with considerable effort put in to make things convenient for me). Explanations were thorough, with examples - a very good perception of what I was asking about. I think this is the culture BMW wish to promote, and it works extremely well - I will not hesitate to go back in the future, which I would not say about some other dealers I have used. Strongly recommended. To be fair, the bike is great, sells itself, but the dealer is great, too. Can't think of any negatives, they are expensive bikes, and I think I got a very good deal as well.

Keen to do business which is what I liked and I can highly recommend that if you want a new bike deal this is the place to deal with.

I am so happy with my new R1200RT LE, a really great deal and fair PX for my old RT.

Being of a younger age, there are countless factor...

Being of a younger age, there are countless factors that could, and nearly did discourage me from purchasing a motorcycle. However, after visiting BMW, I was able to address all these issues with the help of an expert who understood my concerns and did all that he could to resolve them.

His expert opinion and genuine advice swayed me from a Ducati to a BMW fan! Giuseppe helped me choose my first motorcycle, helped me decide on additional security features to acquire, found an excellent deal with BMW insurance (when I was unable to find any viable insurance) and arranged for delivery.

Thank you for an amazing experience and an excellent bike which is a joy to own and ride.

Five star service from Duncan from the first phone call to the collection of the bike. An absolute pleasure to deal with and all expectations met or exceeded. Please open (or buy!) a dealership on the South Coast and move him down there!

I am traveling from the US on my 1250 GSA and had a problem with my Navigator VI (US Edition). I was introduced to Matt Littlewood in service who immediately started to troubleshoot my device and work on finding a solution. Within 24 hours Matt had contacted BMW and gotten approval to replace my US device with a European device and get me back on the road. Matt really went out of his way to get this done for me. I most certainly will be back to BMW Motorrad Park Lane if I need any service done in London. Thank you Matt! And thank you BMW Motorrad Park Lane! You guys were great! 5 Stars for sure.

Bought a new motorbike from Park Lane in March 2017 but due to a massive change in my life I unfortunately had to part ways with it in August 2017. Park Lane BMW helped me through the whole process with ease and the whole time I felt as if I was in safe hands. Duncan Bell arranged the buying back of my aforementioned bike and sorted me out the best that he could. I have now left motorbikes until it's a financially viable option again, but Duncan has made me feel like a valued customer and rest assured I'll be sitting on a BMW in the not so distant future. I recently purchased a used F750GS Sport from BMW Motorrad Park Lane. I found the bike on the Motorrad website and, as I live in Suffolk, most of my initial contact was with Louis via email. He answered all of my questions promptly and fully, so after a few days I decided to visit and view the bike. I dealt with Duncan on the day (Louis was on leave), who explained the features of the bike and the available finance options so I ordered the bike. When I picked it up, Louis did the hand over, made sure it had a full tank, and made sure I was happy before I left.

All in all this was a great experience and I can absolutely recommend BMW Motorrad Lane. These guys are great team - professional, helpful and are not at all pushy. The bike is great too!

What a nightmare experience! Emailed in advance as...

What a nightmare experience! Emailed in advance asking for a ride on a R1250R with a low seat. Eventually got an invite and when I turned up there was no low seat available! I wasn't happy to test ride it without one. When I asked the guy few simple questions about the bike I was given a catalogue and told to look it up myself... He seemed preoccupied with something else and not at all interested in helping me! That's not quite the customer service I expected to get at a flagship BMW Motorrad store in London! What a dissapointment. Won't be goiong back there again.
Ended up going to Lind Motorrad on same day, got my test ride and put a deposit for a new bike.

update:
Dealership contacted me within hours of the review being posted. They said they wanted to understand what went wrong so they can ensure it won't happen again. They apologized and emphasized it was not the experience they are thriving to achieve.
Fair enough. I think it was handled the right way.

Just purchased my second bike from Giuseppe at Park Lane. On both occasions he has been extremely professional and the passion for what he does shines through. I have experience of a number of franchised Motorrad dealers in the south and I always felt the trip into London has been worth it. During the handover yesterday I was also assisted by Harry and Duncan and the customer journey was seemless, which domonstrates to me the high level of team work and communication forestered within Harry s team.

All current models were displayed including a fabulous S1000RR HP4 version. ( No you can't sit on this one) . Nice variety of accessories and clothing too. A visit is recommended

Not a very welcoming experience. All the used models are tucked away in a dark underground car park which is "restricted access". You need to be "escorted" to see a bike. And once there you are "rushed" because the sales person who "escorts" you needs to rush back to the sales room!! Go to another BMW motorrad if you want to view an used bike in a relaxed and unhurried manner!

If you want a bmw motor bike and want the confidence you are dealing with the best bmw dealership this is the place to go.

Purchased my motorbike from BMW Motorrad Park Lane for the second time together with a new set of clothing and some accessories. Good to see some of the old faces still there like Leanne Delaney in clothing who always does her best to make sure the customer leaves the store happy.

Giuseppe Bonfiglio was a very helpful and attentive sales person. Very passionate about the bikes and also very patient no matter how long one takes to make a decision. He was also very good in organising test rides of a variety of different models.

Please note, the phones (direct lines) are hardly ever answered even if you go through the main switchboard, its even difficult to get hold of the sales team on their mobiles particularly if they are downstairs. Much easier to go into the dealership. Also, if you're buying luggage do the research yourself. The team knows the bikes really well but not so good on the accessories.

BMW general experience: very kind and professional until they sell. When something goes wrong they do not want to know about you. Under warranty issue is refused to be dealt with. Promise a call back you never get. No email to write to, BMW main customer service centre does not help either. You book in a service online which says you will be called before you can bring your bike in and you do not get called. When you call in they pass on the call just to wait and no one to talk to. I really regret buying BMW. I have to physically go to the shop to arrange a service like in 1971.

This was an alien transaction for me, purching such a large investment on line. Giuseppe the sales consultant that I was dealing with is a credit to Park Lane Motorrad, his communication with me on any of my quarries were answered promo and videos sent to me to for reassurance. The bike was as discribed and the video of it prepared for transporting to N. Ireland was a nice touch. This quality customer service would be difficult to find elsewhere in the likes of these long distance transactions.

I am thoroughly enjoying the new bike and have already toured the South of France. The bike is a dream to ride and it is just as described. I Would more than recommend the bike for anyone who enjoys touring or just a simple run out for enjoyment.

I can not reiterate enough the quality service from Park Lane BMW Motorrad in London and I would more than recommend then to anyone.

These guys, and in particular Duncan Bell went above and beyond what I would consider first class customer service. Excellent communication throughout a purchase of a new motorcycle.
I traveled in excess of 200 miles to collect my bike, and would do so again. These guys made me feel very welcome, spent plenty of time demonstrating my new bike, and also managed to work me out a great deal that bettered anything else I could find.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and it will be my first port of call when it's time for a replacement.

Wouldn't usually take the time to leave a negative review but hopefully by doing so I can save someone else some hassle

I gave up on my attempt to buy a motorcycle from this dealership a year ago after getting a complete run-around by the sales team, my only regret is that I didn't complain to BMW at the time as I was genuinely shocked and annoyed by the poor sales behaviour and misinformation.

Now a year later I've attempted to book the BMW I bought elsewhere in for an emergency tyre replacement, hoping for a better experience and since it's my closest dealership (it will also be due a service soon, so would have been a good opportunity to book this in too) .... 3 hours after leaving a message with reception with my name, registration and phone number and I've not heard a thing back - the person I spoke to first thing this morning was as disappointingly curt as my last experience, so to be honest i'm not surprised to have been LET DOWN once again. I will once again have to make other arrangements and I would absolutely recommend any current, or would-be, BMW Motorcycle owner to simply start their purchase/service journey with another BMW or independent dealer - PARK LANE BMW MOTORRAD, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE No idea what the showroom or service is like - despite trying I've never managed to get that far!!!

I took delivery of my K 1600 GT SE a few weeks ago and I'm over the moon with it. What a fantastic machine.
This is my second bike from Park Lane, I can't even explain the service you receive from them, its just amazing.
Giuseppe Bonfiglio - Sales Executive went above and beyond to give me the deal I wanted yet again, giving me an amazing experience.
Giuseppe and some of his colleagues made my purchase go smoothly, any issues I raised with them were sorted with speed and to my satisfaction. Thank you guys for your time and effort and I really can't wait to go through this exceptional experience again in a year or two.

What a throughly positive experience from start to finish. Giuseppe Bonfigliio was the gentleman who looked after my purchase of a R1200GSA. Timely, attentive, patient and straight forward throughout the process. Professional and polite with a commitment to any follow-up support I may require. I would also mention Phil (sorry didn't catch the surname) who helped me out with a set of ear plugs as I had lost mine on the journey in. I would highly recommend the service from BMW Motorrad Park Lane, if my experience of service from Giuseppe is anything to go by you will enjoy the experience of parting with your money. Lovely showroom, friendly and helpful staff. Never felt under pressure to buy, but once I had decided the process was straight-forward. The sales team, and Guiseppe in particular, were massively helpful in guiding me through the process. BMW Park Lane is as efficient as you would expect from a high-end dealer. A gentleman and a scholar, he kept me informed through the entire sales process and went the extra mile to ensure the bike arrived in time for my birthday. I would like to thank you all for the amazing service and in particular I would like to remark the fantastic job made by Giuseppe. He was very helpful from the very beginning of the deal suggesting the best solution in buying a new bike and all the needed accessories.
I was never left alone. Every time a had a doubt or even just a 'stupid' question I got a valid answer. That made the process easier and myself happier.
My personal thought: that's the right way tu run business, go on.
A satisfied customer is a great goal.

I bought a G310R from Louis @ Park Lane, and I was very impressed with his customer service.

I had some reservations about going to the Mayfair brach, thinking that there would be snobbery and lack of interest in selling their cheapest product. However, Louis is a passionate biker and wanted to help get me on the road to become a biker too.

Great experience. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend however, their partnered service brach at Battersea. Very bad service and engineering. A separate matter but good to know as the two locations seem linked, but trained differently.

Just bought a brand new R1200GS Adventure TE. Giuseppe Bonfiglio was the salesman and was very helpful. Got me a great deal and his knowledge of the stock meant I got my new steed in a few days rather than a few weeks. Put up with all my stupid questions too !!!

I traded in my old K1300S for a newer model over C...

I traded in my old K1300S for a newer model over Christmas 2018 and I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received from Park Lane, in particular Piotr Drozdzowski.
As I was unable to actually visit the dealer, everything had to be arranged remotely and I was extremely happy that Piotr had managed to arrange everything for me in such a short time, including the service, delivery and collection.
Even though Piotr had sent a video walk around of the bike and pointed out all of the blemishes, it was actually much better than described when it arrived and the guy who brought it up North for me (I can't remember his name unfortunately) was extremely helpful and very friendly too.
I have to say, it was a very pleasant added surprise to find that it came with brand new tyres and a year's MOT, even though it didn't actually need either!
All in all a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend them.

As a member of the Emergency Services, I was treated like family, and we came to an excellent deal on a 1250 GS ... Duncan took my beloved Triumph in part ex too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BMW Park Lane. Try them, you won't be disappointed. I couldn't be happier, great brand, great ethos. Harry is running a fantastic team.

Excellent customer experience with Park Lane. Recently traded in my old bike for a new one. Duncan Bell did a great job in helping with the ordering process as well as happily sharing knowledge and tips to make sure they also enhance the rider's experience after he has left the showroom - fantastic as I've not seen this elsewhere!!
I would gladly recommend Park Lane and Duncan to anyone looking for a new bike. Go and see them and you won't be disappointed!

Wow where to start.
I can't praise enough one of the sale man in BMW park Lane.
Sharif he is been beyond and above any castumer care book specially I was one of the hard castumer lol I can't remember how many time I change my mind( I couldn't make my mind for hole week between s1r and s1rr)
This man has a passion for what he is doing. Through out entire process he is been super professional friendly staying late after working hours in the last day wound find any one like him this days.

Great staff, great vehicles, I rode off on a s1000r and it was epic, though it ended badly as I wasn't listening properly or reading properly. If you have a bike accident, wait till you are 100% until you go for your next vehicle. The bmw s1000r was returned relatively unharmed though I had to replace a tire

Just purchased another bike from Park Lane BMW. There had been some damage to a panel in transportation which the dealer struggle to remedy due to a delay in parts from Germany. Giuseppe and Harald were outstanding in their client service ultimately swapping my bike out for another. I often think client service is best judged when things go wrong and the PL team responded brilliantly. Not sure they could have done more.

Would AVOID Park Lane if at all possible. Nice showroom, but very dishonest sales staff. Assured me an approved used bike was available for a test-ride, then called on the scheduled day to tell me it had a flat tire, and rescheduled. Finally went three days later, the bike wasn't there because it had been sold a week before. That didn't stop them from trying hard to sell me all manner of other bikes that I had no interest in. They clearly lied about the flat. Dealers in Brighton and Guilford are much more straightforward and honest, and test-rides around there are a lot more fun anyway! Ended up buying from Guilford.

Stellar service from Duncan Bell at the BMW Park Lane Motorrad and how I left with a brand new GS 1250 Adventure !
I have been a happy client of Duncan for a few years now and he has always found a way to satisfy my sometimes last minute issues. The last time was to find a replacement for my first GS adventure that had just been stolen a week before a long planned adventure trip from London to Casablanca.
So this time I actually thought of asking his advice as I was looking to sell not a bike but my BMW 535 D M Sport from 2006 that I had bought from Park Lane. To my surprise he offered me an unexpected deal: I would sell the car to BMW Park Lane and at the same time upgrade my 2017 GS Adventure for the 2019 latest 1250 model. Turns out given valuation the whole swap would be cash free. It didn t take me long to strike the deal and a few weeks later I was freed of the old car and riding the brand new GS !
Well done Duncan. You saved me a lot of time and headache and you continue to have a happy customer who knows who to turn to again in the future.

I called them up as I wanted to purchase a used BMW motorcycle, the Salesman (questionable title) couldn't be bothered to get back to me; I've chased twice.
Very surprising considering this dealership is owned by BMW UK.

From the first inquiry as to the availability of a new BMW 1250 GS, sorting out a great part ex to facilitate the purchase, to collection day all expertly carried out and hassle free. Special mention to Louis Hilton Jones who took care of everything and made sure the purchase was a great experience.

I purchased my approved used Bmw F800r from Tom Hiney. I found the sales experience really informative, I was not rushed into purchasing the first bike I test rode. In the end I have now got a bike that suites the needs I required. Thanks to Tom and the team who always greated me well and made the process such a nice experience.

Tried to sell me an ex display helmet as new. Very quick to try and blame Battersea but he had carefully dumped the very battered box on the other side of the showroom (yes Tomas I was watching). Got a call the following day to say they had another one. Went back in to discover it was the same helmet cleaned up a bit. Criminal to try and pass off second hand goods as new. Doubly so as it is a helmet. Called management and got little response. Not recommended and will not be going back.

I generally don't make a habit of leaving online reviews, however, after the latest incident with my bike, I feel compelled to warn others of my BMW experience so far.

Five weeks ago, I bought a new S1000r from BMW Park Lane. I left the showroom on day one with a snapped rear indicator, which later fell off (the replacement I later requested was never sent to me so I could repair it). By day two, the paint had come off the frame on one side (this was blamed on "wear and tear" so the warranty wouldn't be honoured). Then yesterday, after noticing that I hadn't seen the bike's indicators flash in some time to indicate the alarm was arming, I confirmed it wasn't by moving the bike around (the only indication the alarm works is waiting 30 secs for the indicators to flash, there is no sound so it is hard to tell). Believing it was broken, I googled it to realise the BMW service team had disarmed the alarm during its first service and had not rearmed it on finishing. I had been warned about this by the sales person when I collected the bike as it obviously happens regularly. The service team disarmed the alarm in the settings to avoid it going off while they worked on it, however, they also failed to turn it back on again or to alert me to this.



Bar the premium branding and location, this business behaves like a caricature east end used car dealership. Whilst I assume that most bikes are sold without issue, and problems are the exception rather than the rule, this is my experience of being that exception.

PS. Please google "BMW S1000r frame paint issues" to confirm this situation is not unique.
