Lovely showroom, friendly and helpful staff. Never felt under pressure to buy, but once I had decided the process was straight-forward. The sales team, and Guiseppe in particular, were massively helpful in guiding me through the process. BMW Park Lane is as efficient as you would expect from a high-end dealer. I hope I will be buying my next bike from them!
