BMW general experience: very kind and professional until they sell. When something goes wrong they do not want to know about you. Under warranty issue is refused to be dealt with. Promise a call back you never get. No email to write to, BMW main customer service centre does not help either. You book in a service online which says you will be called before you can bring your bike in and you do not get called. When you call in they pass on the call just to wait and no one to talk to. I really regret buying BMW. I have to physically go to the shop to arrange a service like in 1971.
