Wouldn't usually take the time to leave a negative review but hopefully by doing so I can save someone else some hassle

I gave up on my attempt to buy a motorcycle from this dealership a year ago after getting a complete run-around by the sales team, my only regret is that I didn't complain to BMW at the time as I was genuinely shocked and annoyed by the poor sales behaviour and misinformation.

Now a year later I've attempted to book the BMW I bought elsewhere in for an emergency tyre replacement, hoping for a better experience and since it's my closest dealership (it will also be due a service soon, so would have been a good opportunity to book this in too) .... 3 hours after leaving a message with reception with my name, registration and phone number and I've not heard a thing back - the person I spoke to first thing this morning was as disappointingly curt as my last experience, so to be honest i'm not surprised to have been LET DOWN once again. I will once again have to make other arrangements and I would absolutely recommend any current, or would-be, BMW Motorcycle owner to simply start their purchase/service journey with another BMW or independent dealer - PARK LANE BMW MOTORRAD, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE No idea what the showroom or service is like - despite trying I've never managed to get that far!!!
