What a nightmare experience! Emailed in advance as...

What a nightmare experience! Emailed in advance asking for a ride on a R1250R with a low seat. Eventually got an invite and when I turned up there was no low seat available! I wasn't happy to test ride it without one. When I asked the guy few simple questions about the bike I was given a catalogue and told to look it up myself... He seemed preoccupied with something else and not at all interested in helping me! That's not quite the customer service I expected to get at a flagship BMW Motorrad store in London! What a dissapointment. Won't be goiong back there again.
Ended up going to Lind Motorrad on same day, got my test ride and put a deposit for a new bike.

update:
Dealership contacted me within hours of the review being posted. They said they wanted to understand what went wrong so they can ensure it won't happen again. They apologized and emphasized it was not the experience they are thriving to achieve.
Fair enough. I think it was handled the right way.
