I am traveling from the US on my 1250 GSA and had a problem with my Navigator VI (US Edition). I was introduced to Matt Littlewood in service who immediately started to troubleshoot my device and work on finding a solution. Within 24 hours Matt had contacted BMW and gotten approval to replace my US device with a European device and get me back on the road. Matt really went out of his way to get this done for me. I most certainly will be back to BMW Motorrad Park Lane if I need any service done in London. Thank you Matt! And thank you BMW Motorrad Park Lane! You guys were great! 5 Stars for sure.
